4.24? y/o I met in Garage (many times) (9/10 looks and really cool)

I can't tell if stamping a 9/10 on a picture of that is a troll attempt, but regardless great datasheet.

I prefer Scottish girls over English, but Welsh give the least resistance to sex, by far.

Cheers. I genuinely have a particular liking for attractive punk women. I recognise that a lot of posters here feel differently, but to each his own.

You know, you're not the first person I've heard that from. I'd really like to see a detailed datasheet from somewhere in Wales, particularly Cardiff.

I don't know if it's preflight jitters, but that video really put me off on Glasgow.

I'm with you on the punk chick, Ethan Amarante. She's hot.

Just a quick update. Campus would not let me in solo. I did not get my flag. I'll either try to pipeline next time and plan a little better (jet lag killed me plus I was already dealing with insomnia). Maybe Manchester next. If you guys want I'll give a longer update, I'm tired right now. It IS possible to get laid there, because I heard a guy bring a chick home on Saturday night. I could hear her moaning through the wall, didn't last long though, LOL.

I need to tighten up my game, but any guys want to do this in the next say 9 months or so, let me know, I could be down.

Some interesting info on the city from an expat's perspective here.

I have to disagree with a few of his comments.

I've never heard of anyone being pick-pocketed here, and if everyone wears trousers as tight as he claims they're hardly going to miss someone trying to grab their wallet out of their pockets.

Forget the umbrella from autumn onwards, half the time wind comes with the rain and you see bins full of broken umbrellas. Just wear a hood or grin and bear it.

Plenty of reasonable hotels in the city centre, though there are a lot of B&B's, can't comment on how good they are.

The subway shuts at 6pm on a Sunday, but every other day it shuts at around 11pm. Taxis can be quite expensive for one person, but as a group it's cheaper than the train. If you're alone, you can get the train from say Partick to High Street and pay £2 at most for a single journey, less if you're going to Charing Cross or Queen Street.

Customer service is generally fine. Sending food back if there's something obviously wrong is also fine.

Ashton Lane is fine during term time, but outside of that it's mostly the middle-age crowd and overpriced drinks.

Fully agree on not making a bad attempt at the Scottish accent, it will not go down well.

Plenty of good chippies about, it's not restricted to Doon the Lane.

And you don't need to use just a Clydesdale or RBS bank machine, any will do, those two are simply the ones who always give you Scottish notes.

Anyone still active in Glasgow? I am here for the weekend and all the clubs I went to today (Garage, Kokomo) didn't let me in solo. Unbelievable. Does anyone know which club will let me in solo, or does anyone want to pair up and go in together?

I want to add a place to this list. Went to Mango club on Friday night with a Tinder date. It's a small but fun salsa club. The girls were hot and very willing to dance. 1 pound tequila shots. Good place if you dance salsa. I got my Scottish flag with my tinder date but there was buyer's remorse as some girls there were quite hot.

Last night I went to The Garage. Talked up a guy at the queue and went in with him It's quite a big club with 4 rooms. Drinks were cheap. Girls were a little young and trashy, a few good looking ones but a lot of whales as well. A few were friendly, I had a solid set with a girl living outside Glasgow but her lesbian friends were cockblocking.

Anyone got any good ideas for a bar in the city centre (near a subway station) for a first date? In this case on an evening during a week day.

Buchanan Street/St Enoch (Good logistics for girls staying around Strathclyde Uni/Caledonian Uni/Glasgow Clyde College and the best in terms of relaxed, low-light bars along with 4AM bars/nightlife) - Princes Square October/Tingle/Revolución De Cuba/The Pot Still for tourists

Hillhead/Kelvinbridge (Good logistics for girls staying around Glasgow Uni) - Oran Mor/Grosvenor Cafe (Ashton Lane in general)/Hillhead Bookclub/Inn Deep

Partick/Kelvinhall (Very big population of Asians and some Latinas) - The Sparkle Horse/Three Judges/Dukes Bar

Just make sure you don't take her to The Louden at Ibrox stop

I'm not sure if it's young girls getting better with makeup or the emergence of growing long hair but Glasgow is actually getting better for girls as someone living near. Edinburgh as well but not as much. Good for tourists. It helps that people here are very real with no fakeness and won't waste time. Maybe it's partly my game getting better as well. Definitely noticing girls being prettier here over the past few years.

Totally disagree. I highly recommend The Louden. Rich in cultural heritage and often featuring live music. Wear green to get the full experience!

Blue Dog - smallish, darkish, excellent cocktails.

So had a chance to visit Glasgow just for the New yr period so take the following with a pinch of pepper.. Its got to be the City of museums, ample opportunities to walk around the city. Definitely a decent night life to match the city size. Stay along jamaica Street, away from river clyde and towards Sauchiehall for logistics. Dont roll solo, you will not get into the clubs.

The talent is your standard UK variety, with limited tourists, heard a lot of spanish around. Maybe a tad more hipsterish and slightly higher obesity compared to the major northern english cities. You can feel the more liberal stance of Scotland here. An oxfam girl who approached me informed that they can only approach people over the age of 25, something to take note for daygame. Day approaches are just not done here.

The city is very homogeneous as alluded to before but it may not invoke curiosity or necessarily lead to one being perceived as exotic overall. Very few mixed race couples to be seen during the day and a similar trend at night compared to down south. Saw instances where black guys got quite a harsh blowout at night when they tried to escalate though girls are usually friendly at the first instance. Most of the guys here don't escalate much at night venues and if you have been keeping yourself in good shape and can pass for a local it will set you above most. If you are part irish, its a great conversation starter, a lot of the locals have some irish heritage somewhere. People may be more direct here than elsewhere in the UK. In the same vein, girls seem pretty black and white so you will know straightaway if you have a prospect in your hands and most often they will take the initiative if they are into you.

Shout out to Conquerer7. Local dude who is in touch with the local nightlife scene and the general vibe of the city. +1
