Working in SA (Argentina specifically)

For some time now, I've been strongly considering working abroad (first considered France/Italy but based on these boards, leaning more toward Colombia/Brazil/Argentina. I speak intermediate/advanced Spanish, but not fluent). I know they're all different, and currently it's hard when unemployment rates are so high across the board. However, my job is typically in high demand (chef) especially in touristy areas in multinational corporate hotel groups (Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton etc.). I understand to get a work visa requires a sort of endorsement from the contracting company, does anyone have any experience with this or know how common it is?

In Argentina, the company that will employ you needs to apply for residency on your behalf. It's typically one year and renewable.

If it's a big hotel chain like the ones you mentioned, then i'm sure they're familiar with the process.
