The person responsible for the social media feeds for US Airways is indeed probably having a horrible day after tweeting out a response that included an incredibly inappropriate photograph.

Here’s a version in which the photo, featuring a naked woman and a toy airplane, has been edited. US Airways’ Twitter feed sent out an unedited version:

Makes me happy that there is still room for random craziness in our corporate-PR controlled society

It stayed up on their feed for an hour. Richard Branson should hire whoever posted that.

Having never used twitter, is it easy to screw up like that? Did the person copy a link and forget it was still in clipboard memory?
I wonder how quickly they were fired (if it is only one person managing the twitter for US Airways).

They were probably fed up and didn't give a crap if they were fired or not. That's my guess on it. You just don't accidentally do that. The customer seemed like a cunt, so he treated her like one. People snap, especially in Customer service.

Alot of airlines and phone companies have multiple people answering customer tweets, like a call center.

EDIT: Also, shouldn't the people being offended be called out for fat shaming this beautiful flower with an airplane in her vagina?

That definitely wasn't accidental. Whoever tweeted that was probably on their way out the door with their middle finger held high.
