texting a girl whos out of town or on vacation
06-20-2014, 11:03 AM
Just met a girl at a coffeeshop last week who was headed to omaha for the c. World series. Exchanged texts on the first day.
Is it ill advised to text a girl you just met when she is out of town....eg. "hey I see your team is doing good. "......so you will stay fresh in her memory? Or is it just best to wait until she gets back in town to ask her how her trip was then go for the date?

Focus on getting more numbers while she is out of town. If she is interested, she will text you. Wait until she gets back.

Less is always more when it comes to texting. Remain in the power position; have maybe one text exchange half way through her trip to remind her that you exist. Make sure to mention something awesome or exciting that you can share with her when she returns, this way you plant the seed. Aside from that, radio silence would be my move unless she writes first.

There's no real best practices here. Because very little is in your control.
She's probably in Omaha getting rammed in by some Cornhusker or college baseball player.
You really think she's gonna go to some college sports event with celebration, alcohol, and young virile men, and really be checking for some Rando's text?
Whatever clever little message you send may or may not get lost in the ether. On the other hand, if you wait till she gets back, the iron may no longer be hot.
You have no good options.
The real problem here is that you're expending mental energy on "what may be" instead of focusing on bitches hitting the streets in your village TONIGHT.
These are the early stages of one-itis. And a chick you've only had a conversation with is the epitome of replaceable.
