A chemistry lecturer has been jailed after plotting a Breaking Bad-style operation to produce £4million of amphetamine every two days.
Ryszard Jakubczyk, 61, dubbed 'the Professor', planned to make the stimulant drug in a secret laboratory in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
He hoped to produce a staggering 88lbs of almost pure amphetamine every 48 hours - before supplying it to drug dealers across the country.

Every teenage to early 20's kid who watches too much television is gonna share this on Facebook etc. until everyone who's watched that disappointing show knows about it and brings it up.

But stay metal, professor. Nice try.

I didn't like 'Breaking Bad'. But Saul Goodman - the lawyer - is one of the funniest characters I have ever seen.

My roommate was watching the finale while I was facing the other way with headphones in. Then it was done, I took them off, and right when the credits finished rolling, little did I know that the talkshow, 'Talking Bad' would come on and the host just ruined the biggest surprise. :/ I was only on the third episode too.

I liked Breaking Bad up until the last season, when it seems that writers forgot how to write and directors how to direct.

44lbs daily would flood the market. Supply and demand yo!

It isn't.

A good show, but most episodes were really dull for the most part. A fun premise and a few really impressive episodes that were good enough to make it a decent show. That's what saved it.

But I think that there are a lot of shows that could easily be argued to be better.

The show started to lag a bit into season 3. These were also the times where Skylar was the bitchiest, and her man jaw was most protruding. The final season however, is some of the best television ever for sure.

No, that title belongs to "The Wire". Breaking Bad is a very close second though.

The Wire/Sopranos are both the best two shows.

Breaking Bad gets put in the top five.
