My two methods for hitting the g-spot:

Practice the technique more. Make sure you're curling your fingers right up towards the top of her pubic area. You're not just penetrating her, in and out, but stroking the upper wall of her vagina. You'll feel a ribbed bump, which is the area you should concentrate on. Go past it and stroke it from the innermost to outermost side for maximum effect, rather than just rubbing back and forth.
