Quick summary: 20yo girl gets wasted at a club, hooks up with a guy, finds herself naked in his bed the next morning, goes to the police with buyer's remorse. After hearing the witnesses, the judge (a woman) quickly dismisses her account of the facts and charges her with false accusation instead.

She will face trial next thursday. She will most probably get away with nothing, but still her record will never be clean again.

Haha!! Older Italien women like this judge simply do not mess around!! They're old school matriarch that will support a man when justified no matter what. I use to have a friend whose Italian mom was helping him hide the fact that he was seeing 3 different women at the same time, and she was not feeling bad about it one bit, she was helping her son be happy!! i always thought if a women is proven to be downright lying about a rape charge she should serve whatever the sentence the man would of. its terrible women have the ability to put a guy behind bars for years, probably some miserable time as well going in as a rapist and if they get caught completely fabricating the story its a slap on the wrist. if the guy was gonna do 10 years the women should do that time. i would reserve this for blatant lies, as much as i hate this the system wouldn't wanna scare women into not comming forward in legit rapes being worried if theres not evidence they go away but stories like the duke lacross thing where its purely a money grab or vindictive, put the bitch away
