Go to the seafood spot at San Pedro pier get a plate and walk around and pick food off of everones trays until my plate fills up, I will then sit in a table get corona and drink it in front of a cop while im slapping my california ID on his face over and over (im not 21 yet).

I like how there were two other non lethal options available to stop the tank guy and the police are like "nope, our only option is to shoot him".
As such I'd love to beat up a bunch of cops.

Not really "illegal" but I've always wanted to go into a walmart, grab one of those ground beef logs and just throw it as hard as I can over the shelves. Bomb some random shopper or cashier with meat.

an all out bar brawl would be pretty cool. I used to get shitfaced in bars with my crew and would pick fights on the reg. when we were younger, thankfully we've grown from that, but the adrenaline rush of fighting >>>
