Women exploit men basically all the time. Its call being a military soldier, Fireman , cop and construction worker .You going to tell me that doesn't count?

I think you can add "husband" to that list now, at least in the USA!

Or it'd be like a group of men got together and shamed women every time a new boy band came out.

"They can't sing. They can't play instruments. They are eye-candy for the matriarchy. They are being objectified and I'm incensed."

Can you imagine any man ever saying that?

Yo momma so fat she got a tattoo of an ice cream cone. [Image: lol.gif]

Isn't it bad enough that she's morbidly obese. Does she really need a stupid haircut and tattoos of food? It's not helping her case.

She's probably lost a foot to diabetes, that's why the photo is cropped.

Or she is part Hutt.

I flew Air New Zealand earlier this year and it was one of my more pleasant long-haul flights in recent memory. Clean planes, attractive staff and travelers, nice spacious seats and great amenities.

Appears the feminazis have cause Air NZ to disable comments for this video.

When I fly AirAsia, every stewardess is smoking hot with these tight little uniforms. It's awesome. Those people understand what makes humans tick.

It's a different world away from the west. Here is one of several example of air hostesses on Asian carriers being fired for getting fat.

This is one of the reasons why I love Asia. They DO NOT fuck around when it comes to keeping women to a higher standard of beauty etc etc. . .

Thing is, its mostly the OTHER WOMEN there that pretty much keep tabs on it!

That commercial. . .I see nothing wrong with it, in fact I skip it since I find it boring (yeah the girls are hot but it takes waaay too long to get to them when I"m trying to watch a video!)

Thanks god we have at least one voice of reason from a female media personality.

What a lot of blather about the latest Air New Zealand safety video. I saw it for the first time, in full, on Friday night and was fully prepared to be incensed, appalled and outraged after all the carry-on since its release.

They're bikini models advertising a tropical paradise - not a continuing education college. Or a photocopier. Or bread. And yes, they're slim and white of teeth and glossy of hair - so sue them. Maybe it's because I'm middle-aged, but I like looking at attractive bodies. It beats what I see in the mirror when I get out of the shower.

I looked at those lovely young things on the video and thought good on them. They look great in beachwear. But my body has produced a perfect, healthy baby. It's in rude good health and hasn't (to date) needed ongoing medical care. It's run five marathons and taken me to the highest point of Kilimanjaro. I'm grateful for its functionality, if not its form. Let's all enjoy what we've been given and lighten up a little. Taking offence seems to be a full-time occupation these days.

Everything written in this article is completely logical and reasonable. I am especially heartened by the last sentence which I have bolded. Perhaps there is just a slight glimmer of hope after all. This woman, while past her prime, seems to understand the inherent value of beauty and young, even if she doesn't say it exactly this way.

Modern feminism is just an extreme selfishness. They don't care about men or women they deem prettier than them. They're all about sexual liberation until they're old, then they want to restrain the choices of younger (i.e. more attractive) women so as to better their position in the dating world. They're not interested in meeting halfway on issues. It's gluttony. Plain and simple.

Civilize the mind but make savage the body.

I get your point here, but it's choosing the lesser of two evils. She tacitly thinks accomplishments are just as important as beauty. Bona fide feminist thinking there.

She doesn't acknowledge that girls should be spending their youth wisely. She doesn't say "watch out girls, your husband stops getting hard for you when you reach my age."

Yep you're right, what she has omitted in her article is perhaps more glaring than what she has actually included. However, for what she has written, she has managed to refrain from writing anything obviously stupid (apart for the Robin Thicke part).
  • She has given good reasons why criticism of the video were ridiculous
  • She has acknowledged the value of attractive bodies
  • She has acknowledged that her own body is not longer as attractive due to her advanced age and understands that she can no longer compete with younger women
  • Even though she is no longer as attractive as she used to be, she alludes to keeping in shape (running marathons and climbing Kilamajaro)
I haven't read much by her, and I wouldn't be surprised if she usually comes out with the normal feminist nonsense. I just found this article refreshing in the midst of the irrational shrieks of the rest of the feminist harpies.

Not that I've had chance to use it, since women, or others, here don't really use "I'm Offended" as a (very weak) defense mechanism, but I'd like to use a variant of a Richard Dawkins technique when faced with the "I'm Offended" defense mechanism. Basically Dawkins was arguing that being offended is no defense at all, since everyone everywhere at all times has something to be "offended" by, so slight are the actions that now cause offense. Other peoples taste in music, the clothes they are wearing, the way they are speaking etc. etc. ad infinitum. Dawkins affects to be confused when faces with the "I'm Offended" defense:

"What exactly is your point?"
"Oh...being offended IS your point."
"That is very strange."

I'd change "That is very strange" to "Oh, that is so cute." in a patronising tone, but otherwise Dawkins is right on the money.

Here's another advertisement from Air New Zealand I stumbled across. It's interesting that nobody complained about the sexual objectification of those depicted in this video.

You can find some old video of this Hilary bitch here.

I would have banged her when she was younger. I wonder if she's always been a huge cunt or if she became one when she hit the wall. Given that she's a journalist, I'd bet on the former.

I've got the dick so I make the rules.
