How often do you need to have sex to be content with your sex life?

I'm just curious how it is for guys here. I personally feel that I place almost too much emphasis on sex in my life. Sometimes I feel like its a psychological need even if I don't really need it physically.
I'll start. In order to be perfectly content I need to have sex at-least 4 days a week, usually a couple times with each girl. This number has changed throughout my life in different stages, but right now I have fairly high Testosterone and 4-5 days a week seems to work.
The downside to this is it sometimes distracts me from other pursuits. If I go hang out with a girl at night and potentially crash at her place, I don't get the work done that I may have otherwise done.
A bit about my lifestyle. I'm early 20's, train about 15-20 hours a week with high intensity physical activity, Take zinc every morning, have a 3 girls in rotation, get a ONS often enough when I go out, and have couple of lower tier fuck buddies to call if need be. I usually hit a breaking point where I feel a need to get some new pussy every two weeks or so.

I was thinking about this yesterday. It's evolved over time, when I first started having sex I could go about 2 weeks without to many sexual urges. Now I feel like I need it atleast every other day to function.

Depends on my mood. In the winter, I am almost like a cactus. I'll go through grinding dry spells and not really care. Then I get one new notch and BAM i'm on fire again.
It's almost cyclical. The human body is annoying, I wish I had control over stuff like that.

I kind of have this problem too. At my age I shouldn't really be spending a lot of my time wanting to get bangs, especially because it's harder here and takes more time. I was always a good looking dude and I got the stares and the looks but I was never, ever able to capitalize on that fully, after I started to learn some game and understand things better then I became like a little kid obsessed with his success, as a result I started to slack too much in other aspects of life. Still trying to rebalance things, not that easy...

Every other day seems to be the best for me. The day after having sex is usually urge-less and pleasant, but two days after sex is when I start feeling like I want to fuck.

If we're talking frictionless sex with a new hot chick every time, 3x a day.
In real life, taking into account game and recharge time, every couple of days, with new faces fairly regularly.
I generally prefer a hot couple of weeks with a new chick, instead of grinding every night to get new one every few nights. Easy to get lazy

If the end goal is to be content with my sex life, it wouldn't be dependent on just one factor (how often), but a few others, with each one affecting the answer to the others slightly.
1. How often
2. What quality/how much am I into the girl?
3. Is it multiple girls (a different/new girl can make things change)?
4. When I'm having sex, is it a marathon session followed by one immediately in the morning-type night or is it just a quickie and that's it?
5. Is it spaced out enough? I don't want to have all my sex on a weekend and then none during the week.
Right now I'm dating a chick exclusively (not that I don't have other options, I'm just not capitalizing on them at the moment). She REALLY turns me on, we fucked for a long time last night (1.5 hours), then again this morning. I'll probably see her again this week before the weekend and again on the weekend. I'm pretty content with about that number. I don't workout hardly at all since I've been injured, I don't take supplements, I have no idea what my T levels are.
EDIT: I wanted to mention that the better sleep I get the more desire/energy I have to go after girls/have sex. I think my sleep is not of the quality/amount I really should be getting.
