Hilarious that this thread was started mentioning RSDs "paris" interaction...

I'm assuming, last night at benny benassi "paris" hungout at my friends table. I didn't know he was spinning or else I would've probably gone out. That said...

I think NY "high end" scene is different than most other cities because it's considered NORMAL for celebs to be around due to them being actual friends with the people there. An it's not just the management neither...
- One chick I used to hang with ALWAYS talked about linsday lohan
- A guy I used to hang with alot with somehow revealed to me that one of the olsen twins is his good friend and used to always be hanging at the table with us. (I would've never noticed due to my dislike for short women)

Just last night, in news a well known male model who I used to hangout with, his nephew stole a bus, crashed and killed someone. All I can think is, if I went out last night this could've possibly been avoided.

In other cities where many people are PAID to show up, the whole vibe is different. In NY, to us "unknowns" POP CULTURE is just a publicized set of social circles run and connected by many "behind the scenes" known people.

P.S...Back in 2011, one of my chef friends who was on the food network brought out one of the Jersey Shore chicks. Hipster venue I frequented REFUSED TO LET THEM IN once he realized who the chick was. Took them to another spot where we bugged out. They were fun chicks BUT something had happened (lost something?) where she ended up crying and talking with my boy outside. (I think she really dislikes all the attention since she was on a monologue about "attention" she's getting)

Which hipster venue?

DL is on the money with this. I've spoken about this in one of my NYC trip reports earlier. Namely how no one is anything special in Manhattan.

The other was a girl that's not exactly a household name, but she was on The Hills and is well known in the Hollywood scene, Allie Taylor Lutz.
[Image: 117d2ec7633533bd42186490039562af.jpeg] I met her and her girlfriends out partying and she was trying to set me up with the birthday girl who was seriously busted. I got her number and we had exchanged texts regularly until she got engaged to Doug Reinhardt, a former MLB player who dated Parils Hilton for a while. Needless to say I could never get her out but it was fun trying.

Crazy, I knew she looked familiar...

Has anyone ever tried to game a famous target?

[Image: attachment.jpg17132]   In 2010 my friend and I opened a set of 4 Asian girls in a bar in the LES of NYC during happy hour. One of them was Jamie Chung, from Hangover II.

https://www.google.com/search?q=jamie+ch...24&bih=649

5 min into conversation I realized it was her and said "hey you were on the real world San Diego years ago, right?" in kind of a playful way. It was a bit of a "neg" and she reluctantly said she was. My friend started to game her up and I winged and chatted up the other 3. She invited us to a club across the street but we wanted to slow play it and said maybe we'll check it out later.

20 min later after we finished are drinks, we went to the club. The bouncer was giving us shit but then some lady in line caused a scene so we snuck in behind the bouncer. The girls were in there and Jamie was glad to see my friend. We hung out for some drinks. She started putting her arms around him on dancefloor and...

Nothing. My homie has got twice the game I have but he was starstruck and didn't pull the trigger. At least a makeout was there if he had just walked with her a few feet away for the isolation play. He got her number and they texted for a few weeks but she lives in LA and it faded.

Jamie was actually a sweetheart. Very articulate, down to earth and wasn't bitchy at all.

The problem is that famous women like rich women tend to be very isolated in their social life, is not they can't be gamed, the problem is how can you get to have encounter in person, they live in gated community, even in NY you can't get inside a building without previews invitation,, parties and social events are very limited are very restricted, if they are out in the open they are usually surrounded by paparazzis, fans and bodyguards, just look at any video from TMZ how they are approached on the daily basic, you can't game a girl you can't even get close to, unless you can get access to a social circle where famous women are is not that easy, this explain why men who are not famous and gamed or even married famous women were somehow inside their social circle.

Look at Sweden royal family, Princess Victoria married a personal trainer, but the guy was able to do it because he was HER personal trainer when she was dealing with eating disorder anorexia and bulimia, which prove all Tuthmosis 5 reason to date a girl with a eating disorder.

Maybe Tuthmosis is the Swedish prince. that explain why Swedish feminism are so butthurt

Has anyone ever tried to game a famous target?

A couple years ago I posted about how I shared a cab with a famous chick. Well, it's been a while.. It was lead singer from the band sleighbells. Had no idea who she was but I was macking on her pretty hard. That's was a funny story if anyone can find it. She just been the cover girl for spin magazine. Shows how out of the loop I am with some music.

She was about to get into a cab and I stopped her and convinced her to let me share the cab with her. That's the kind of crazy shit I do that gets me into some wild situations, sometimes good and sometimes bad.

She said ok and was eye fucking me the whole ride as I layed into her with the best Sunday afternoon game I could muster.

I didn't ask for her number because I was planning to check her out and get in touch via Facebook. Rookie mistake!

I checked her out online and it was like hundreds of thousands of fans etc and they had just played on Saturday night live.

My heart sank a little [Image: sad.gif] but I realized that my game had some serious potential [Image: smile.gif]

I flirted heavily at the office with Chelsea Davy (not really that famous, but fuck it) until someone told me she was famous. Then after I got all weird every time and probably just made her uncomfortable when we met eyes. Sadly that isn't a euphemism for sex.

Tarryn Manning. She was on a playboy cover a few years ago and was spinning at a lounge in Vegas (Blush). Happened to be at the table next to us and I invited her over after her set was over. Rapped with her for 15 minutes and got some good vibes back from her but inexplicably froze up once I was getting some interest back from her. Then her entourage was introducing themselves and I just kind of turned into nerd mode, and I was totally "taking over" that venue most of the night, which is why I think she was receptive to me.

I interact with famous people frequently but when it came time to do some flirting/game I just dropped the ball and became semi starstruck.

Rebecca Haarlow. She is a sideline reporter for NFL network and was on TNT. She was at a wine bar and I just introduced myself, she initially denied she was who she was but I just persisted and then she was receptive. Again, good vibe and was pretty certain I could have gotten a number but then the fame thing froze me up and I doubted myself (am I good enough?).

Any Forum member in NYC downtown?

Beatrice and Eugenie from the Royal family in UK are in the big apple.
They are not good looking, 6 at best, but would be cool to encounter them on the street and use game on them, what could be the ultimate player notch in his belt, royal family(?).

I gave Amber Benson my card with my phone number once. She played Tara on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I never heard back from here.

She's really nice though. Years later, I met her again. She remembered me.

Here she is singing a song from Rocky Horror:

I once approached and asked these Australian Country music stars to the bar for a drink and they actually came, but once they got there they were swarmed. Keeping their attention for more than a few minutes was impossible.

This chick is a minor celebrity in Cambodia - model/singer on magazine covers and the like. 86k followers on Instagram (didn't know this at the time though).

Had the pleasure of sharing a 1.5 hour flight with her. We talked the whole time, conversation was very free-flowing. She seemed genuinely interested so I went for the number. Exchanged a few texts in the days afterward, then radio silence.

What's the cut off for "famous"?

I once tried my luck with an actress in Thailand that most Thai people would know( http://www.instagram.com/peakpattarasaya/ ).

Met her when she was opening her shop at Paragon, talked for a long while, got her Line, exchanged messages a few times, never managed to close the deal.

My game wasn't up to par back then. I'd kill for another shot right now.

I'm pretty sure having her and her friends on my IG and being able to make girls think I was in that social circle(I wasn't, at all) ended up getting me laid a few times though.

I approached Flavia Pennetta at the US Open a few years ago. I suggested we meet up for a drink while she is in Nyc. She asked for my card.

A sports reported saw my approach and came up to me and thought my approach was cool. I ended up hanging out with her, the reporter the rest of the afternoon. It turns out that she knows Flavia and has her number. The next day I meet the reporter for a drink at the Open. She calls Flavia and puts me on the phone with her. We had a brief conversation and she said she would reach out to me after the Open. Never heard from her.

About 6-7 years ago, I was on Hollywood Blvd (right on the corner of Hollywood blvd. and La Brea, for those of you in the know) pre-gaming out of a water bottle with a friend. It was around 830 pm in the evening and the street was flooded with asian tourists and the other random flocks of people you typically see in the area.

We came up to a crowd of like 10-15 tourists watching some street performer - I don't remember anything about wtf the act was... What I do remember, though, is seeing the girl in the picture below. She was randomly standing alone in crowd, smiling (the smile you see below). I immediately recognized her, walked up to stand next to her, and said something along the lines of "this is one of the best things that I've seen all night!"

She looked at me dismissively and looked back at the performer.

Again, I would kill for another shot today.
