I'd love to hear Vicious' thoughts, but this is pretty alarming and it's been going on for over 40+ years (!). Roosh had a pretty rough time dealing with this kinda crap in Denmark but seems like Sweden is even worse off. I'm sure the article exaggerates a bit but in general everyone knows that the Scandanavian countries are Feminist-centric and politically correct to the nth degree. I just hope it doesn't get this bad in the US but frankly we're halfway there and with President Hillary coming up in 2016 that might be the beginning of the end.

I'd be the first to say feminism is pretty bad in Sweden. Very bad actually. In fact, it's probably the single biggest reason I don't plan on being based here in the future.

However is it any worse than in the USA or other Western countries? Swedish women (and men for that matter) are less fat than American ones (by your own admission). Divorce laws are probably less disadvantageous. On average, Swedish men are probably better at sports than most countries.

Ive noticed some hate on Sweden and Swedish men on here and on sites like Heartiste etc. I guess if you're insecure about your ability to get quality girls in your own country you might resort to projecting that inability on other men and create in your mind the illusion that if only you could travel to Sweden or wherever 7s and above would throw themselves at you.

Do some Swedish women travel abroad for sex? Yes. You mean unlike girls from other countries? Lol. Also, its rarely the highest quality girls (in any country) that do this.

It's long been popular for right-wing Americans to criticize Sweden and the Swedish model for being socialist, probably ever since our then- Prime Minister compared the bombings in Vietnam to the Nazi bombings. Actually most Swedes are probably still against wars started by the US like the one in Iraq and I think this is a reason Sweden is perceived as socialist in some circles in the US.

In many ways I don't think the US is more libertarian than Sweden any more, actually. Though this is likely more to do with the US turning left than Sweden turning right in the last decades.

Well, to be fair, in the pantheon of societies and governments Sweden is pretty socialist.

But fair enough re conservative American groups attacking Sweden and using it as a model of extreme taxation - but that's where it usually stops. Most of these guys are like OMG look at Sweden's taxes and government intervention etc. and don't go any further than that, so its not really about the Feminism for the most part. Hell, conservatives in the US are almost in bed with the Feminists half the time when it comes to their positions re men's rights and the current 'war on boys'.

I think most Americans are now against our sh*tty wars and realize they are little more than power-plays for oil and to keep the existing Middle East supply chain going (and to help our big corporates sell planes and arms to everyone). We are in bed with the f*cking Saudis (the most stringent followers of Islam and also, de facto, supports of 'terrorism') AND the Israelis at the same time, both of which most Americans would not agree with if the facts were laid out for them and incredibly wealthy and powerful lobbies didn't control much of our foreign policy (this is across the board, look at our Cuban policy). The war in Afghanistan is a mess (it always is throughout history when wars are fought there) and many are claiming that the Taliban are stronger now than when we first went over there (!).

I think you saw how tired many Americans are with out constant interventions during the Syrian crisis. That's not to say we won't get involved in more 'policing actions' where we put our soldiers at risk and have them undertake operations they really aren't supposed to be engaging in.

I always tell people to go. Bring cash, logistics, style and confidence with you, stay for a few months from spring through summer and you will love it there.

It took me six weeks to begin to understand Sweden. To actually get it would take a birth certificate.

Most Swedish guys never approach (and generally seem docile) so just having the willingness to do so puts you above the pack in at least one aspect.

Yeah there's some silly feminist stuff going on in Sweden (the left party is officially opposed to urinals because they 'oppress women' ) but most of that is in classrooms and political meetings and films, once I was on the ground I didn't really encounter it from anyone. My guess is that because Swedes place such an importance on moderation and restraint, you don't find the hardliner feminist type in everyday life. Anyway, the girls are attractive and pleasant, that's what really counts.

Never been to Sweden, but met many Swedish travelers in my own travels. Dated a Swedish girl for a while as well. A little mad (neurotic), but no silly fake gender issues ever came up.

For all I know the gender politics of the country IS messed up, but it definitely never trickled down to the actual people I met. Like most places the politics and the media exist in their own bubble. The people are "taking care of business".

I strongly suspect that guys thinking they are going to go to Sweden and score big time because the local guys are neutered pussies may be in for a rude awakening. Guys are guys, and unless the "socialists" have put anti-testosterone chemicals in the water supply (and, no, they haven't) are going to face just as much competition as anywhere else...
