Super sets amigo
Here's what I do sometimes.
4x4 bicep curls paired with 4x4 overhead tricep extensions.
8x8 inclined bicep curls with 8x8 dips
1x20 barbell curls with 1x20 tricep push downs.
Take your time and concentrate on the reps. If you take long enough on eqch setbthen you should he ready to go back to the other lift immediately after.
