As Frontenac alluded to earlier, the ending track from the movie 'Heat' by Moby. Great film, great track:

'No Ordinary Morning' by Chicane. My friend first introduced me to this song by telling me that he knew an older guy who played this song as he walked out of his house and ended it with his skank wife. Cold blooded.

Cool tunes EL Rey.
Chicane is a pretty solid band that I've enjoyed for a long while now. This is my favorite song of theirs.

This song is somewhat related.

I like how this song moves. I like how it is rough around the edges. There are no "big production" things on the recording like doubles and harmonies. It is just straight forward and gritty. If you have a tuned ear you can hear the melodyne tuning on the vocal parts, but it really isn't apparent to those who haven't tuned vocals before. The bridge is pretty boss though...

I learned guitar listening to this guy. But I kick myself for not having touched a guitar in the last 5 years when I watch this.

The above vid reminded me of a tune I had forgotten about by Peter, Bjorn and John...not a big fan, but DAYUM,[/php] can these guys come up with hooks....about the video..."these Harajuku dancers from Japan that are featured in the video. Essentially, they're a bunch of Japanese guys who dress up in costumes reminiscent of 50s Americana urban gangs and break and line dance to rockabilly music at the entrance to Yoyogi Park which is near the Harajuku station. They are called, I shit you now, Rockabiri. One of them even has "Lebel" painted on the back of his jacket, and they appear to choose leadership based on hair elevation."

Feel like sitting down with a measure of Macallan 12YO (sherry oak) and listening to the inimitable Dr House perform "St. James Infirmary".
