I was chatting to a Latvian girl who was saying there is a rising Far Right movement up there at the moment, mostly due to the Muslim migrants issue in Europe. Whilst being black british isnt really anything to do with that, i'd guess they might not be the most open minded to other ethnicities right now. All just supposition, mind you.

I can't speak to Riga or Tallinn right now, but as a Mexican-looking guy in (somewhat) nearby Gdansk right now, I haven't noticed a difference since summer.

As long as you dress nice, you should be fine. Obviously, you'll still need Game, but that's regardless of what makes the sensationalist news these days.
