iPhone app to record phone calls
12-25-2013, 01:19 AM
I'm in need of a stealthy app that will let me record a phone call.
I don't need the legal advice that goes along with that request.
Anyone got any recommendations?
Also, while we are at it. Is there an app that I can press a button on the iPhone or say a key word to get it to start recording video or sound or both?

Ive looked into that, but I havent found one. Somehow dont think that the system itself allows you to do it. Best bet would be to have a mini digital recorder (a la Taken) strapped on as you make the call.
I think there is one for Android, but you have to root your phone.
Let us know if you do find it.

I record all my calls with callrecorder pro because I sometimes deal with crazy chicks and receive a lot of hilarious threats from their boyfriends. I'm on Android however.

Have you tried running Audiomemos while you're on a phone call?
Edit. Nevermind doesn't work.

The US version of phone recording apps usually only record one side of the conversation or they play a *ding* tone so the other side knows it's being recorded. Look through some jailbreak forums for a proper app.
