Chef boyardee.
What is your favorite food?
Top Ramen in the bag with half a packet of seasoning. Oriental flavor.
Break that shit up, sprinkle in some seasoning, and eat it raw straight from the bag.
How many of you are white trash enough to even know that? Beyond Borders? I know you've done that shit lol.

That was super popular in my elementary school for a while, all the cool kids were doing it. I still have it occasionally. Delicious.
I can't have sex with your personality, and I can't put my penis in your college degree, and I can't shove my fist in your childhood dreams, so why are you sharing all this information with me?
Mcdonalds Chicken Nuggets
Creole/Cajun seafood. rich, fried, fattening. that good good.
Every day at the restaurant my cooks make "staff meal", sometimes known in restaurants as "family meal". Usually consists of some sort of meat, vegetables, starch, and salad. The meat might be stewed, like beef chili or braised chicken thighs. The starch might be mashed potatoes or rice or fries. The vegetables might be peas and carrots.
I like to get a big bowl and mash everything up together into an unrecognizable mush, throw a fried egg and some sriracha on top, and shovel it in my mouth with a large spoon.

In my experience, staff meals at a lot of restaurants are better than most of the shit on the menu. I've had a few excellent ones at ethnic restaurants because I knew the people that owned or managed the place, and told them I wanted something "authentic," not something prepared for the American palate.
Extra Guac™
Duck confit tacos, blue corn tortilla, freshly made. Holy mother of all great eats.

It's a Nigerian dish called egusi, a mixture of ground melon seed, made up with palm oil, spinach and maybe maggi cubes (or stock), stockfish and then a hard meat.

Hard to go past well cooked steak, chops, or a rack of lamb, with a nice coating of just the right herbs&spices. Peri peri chicken (Nandos probably does this better than anywhere else) is up there too, especially in a wrap with cheese, salad, and mayo
My mum's style cheesey bacon penne is one of my favourite dishes ever. Chicken and bacon fettuccini isn't far behind it
Aside from that, home cooked pizzas in a wood fire oven are baws. If you want to go for something sweet, try a dessert pizza with nutella, cream/yoghurt and strawberries on it, or if you feel like really indulging, go for rocky road pizza. Thank me later
Toad in the hole is one of my favourite late breaky/early lunch foods

As a snack, biltong and droewors are hard to beat. Boerewors makes a delicious meal too
For a sweet snack, nice and fresh cherries, grapes, strawberries, plums, nectarines, watermelon, mangoes, and most fruit straight off a tree is just mouth watering - especially in summer

Homemade pirogi - great grandmas recipe from the turn of the century, shit is to fucking die for. Potato and cheese, potato/cheese/bacon, sauerkraut.. endless possibilities. Some sour cream to dip them in and i'm in heaven. I can't eat store bought pirogi anymore. Tons of work to make them but so worth it, they stay good in the freezer for a couple months, just made a few hundred the other day.
Chicken Shwarma
Poutine
Poutine w/ chicken shwarma in it
Kielbasa
Scalloped potatoes
Pasta w/ homemade cheese sauce(fuck KD)
Moose steak, Moose roast, Moose sausage..
3 eggs over easy, shred some cheddar on it, pour franks red hot all over it and put it between two slices of multigrain bread a little toasted. I eat this for breakfast almost every day or as a quick snack if i'm hungry.

Conceived to beat all odds like Las Vegas
Breakfast is probably my favorite food, actually. All kinds. Love me some skillet breakfasts. Mexican style skillet breakfast also. Breakfast burritos. Fried egg sandwiches with ham and cheese, or some bacon on there. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, fucking LOVE some sausage biscuits and gravy with a few fried eggs.
Fucking starving right now lol.

I'll keep it to one singular food. Tacos. More specifically street tacos in Mexico, just about the perfect food. Nothing fancy, just a corn tortilla, warmed, filled with some meat filling and perhaps some onions, salsa, hot sauce or pineapple to augment it.
Cheap, simple, handheld, and delicious. I'll just pull over, go to a stand and order 10 of these things and just go to town on them.

PartyOnBro, do you like tacos de lengua? One of my favorite dishes.
...
Did I mention pulled pork sandwiches earlier? If I didn't I'm pissed off at myself. A delicious pulled pork sandwich is one of the culinary world's seven wonders.

Yeah. Love it, I eat most of it except not a fan of tripe and organ meat. Usually my favorites are cabeza, chorizo and al pastor. Kind of weary with eyeball tacos, although maybe I'll try it some time.
I have some serious diversity in my diet, but I have to say that there's three, all from different places:
1. Completely Italian Cappelini Frutta Di Mare

Yep. I'll vouch for that. If my sous chef fucks up our fish order and we've got a surplus of seabass in house, bet your ass we're frying it up for fish tacos. I keep a stash of locally made tortillas in the walk-in just for staff meal. I'll have one guy make a batch of guac™, some shredded lettuce, mix up some crema (just equal parts creme fraiche/sour cream and mayo) and some pico de gallo. We eat fresh fish tacos while some asshole upstairs is ordering a vegetarian soup.
I just had Matsuzaka beef steak the other day, shit is unreal

Indian/Pakistani food is my favorite. I like to deviate from the Western-styled dishes like the Madras/Vindaloos etc and get a 'Chef Special' or whatever. Or cook it myself and throw loads of random spices into the dish.
I also love steak, chips (fries) and peppercorn sauce.

Fish Tacos. I fish for redfish, black drum, speckled trout, and flounder. Whatever I catch, I filet and grill it up and put in my tacos. Absolutely delicious!
Also a huge fan of chicken parmesan.
