No idea man, maybe such tests are just conducted among population under risk of social exclussion and if the family members are respectable members of society they skip that. I heard an anecdote about an VIH infected man arguing with a nurse in a hospital because she reproached him not having told such an important detail since the beginning. He made a scandal and ranted about his private life, discrimination, his rights and bla bla bla.

Personally I don't really care what these worthless females do with their lifes: They're not members of my family for me to care about their well being; they're are too fat, too ugly and too old to be of the interest of any of us, and they are far beyond the line in which they could be useful for society from a reproductive point of view.

My concerns go beyond the fact that these women are epidemic vectors, flooding our countries with the less scroupoulous men of the countries the visit with agreed marriages, or the fact that considering their age we are paying for their sex tourism with the money the government steals from us. What infuriates me is the treatment of the subject by the media, the doublethink that makes them circumnavigate the term "prostitution" using all kind of euphemisms to deprive what they do from the dirt, exploitationg and cruelty. Women and what they do are pure and sinless, they are beings of light.

I have seen a documentary about female sex tourism where those women (there were also some girls in their 20s) were asked if they use condoms and they just answered that they trust the guy they are with.
