I've been saying it was a false rape accusation this entire time. Sportscenter is still trying to protect the girl who accused him.

Apparently the chick was a scorned side piece that didn't take well to being put on the back burner when his main girl came through to visit him one weekend. Good to see he got off. On the other hand, kinda sucks that this got leaked to the media by the girls family in the first place since he has been judged in the court of public opinion and as a result lost Heisman voters.

I was watching his lawyer's news conference and his lawyer said they found additional DNA (jizz) in the girl. You could tell he wanted to say a lot of stuff that wasn't PC. He indirectly called her a slut by saying girls who just got raped wouldn't have sex with someone else right after. He also talked about how Jameis wasn't being treated innocent until proven guilty by the media.

I just got this from a friend's wall on Facebook. He's followed the case from the beginning, and those quoted in this story are supposedly in the position of knowing certain details about the case. I commented that this is why true sexual assault cases are so difficult for real victims. In order to actually determine if there was some kind of sexual assault/rape, you have to dissect every bit of the encounter. If there actually was a rape, the victim has to have herself put out there and suffer the emotional pain again. For this reason, alleged victims always get anonymity via rape shield laws, and the benefit of the doubt, even if there's an acquittal. That's why accusations, no matter how unfounded, can destroy a man. There are always some out there that will believe the guy simply got away with it - not that he's actually innocent. The talking heads on tv have actually be pretty measured about this - they were in wait-and-see mode. The real story needs to be out there as much as all of the stories leading up to this point, and the media should vote for him for the Heisman, and other awards as if it didn't happen. This chick has been exposed, and I want to see all of this measured language disappear. This girl needs to get destroyed, and I want to see all of the sideline Barbie types, and the studio broads trashing this girl. That's asking too much probably, because the media is still afraid of going after a young woman. Winston's life would have been pretty much ruined to a certain extent by charges and a trial, even if he were acquitted. If found guilty...WHOA. HER life needs to get fucked with now...

I read on ESPN today that her alcohol level was .04... yet she couldn't remember much about the night. I wonder when that was taken because .04 is barely evena buzz.... for a girl who is an average college girl it might be 1 beer. Everything about this screams crazy bitch to me. Also read where she posted hash tag #nolescleatchaser or something like that, though that may not be true.

Edit: just saw the post above.... Cleatchaser fo sho

Yea that is a bit of a deterrent ..... Its a shame that girls don't realize that false rap accusations actually make them less desired.

The number of white knights/chodes on various sports sites saying he got off simply because he's an athlete is comical.

And to be expected.

Have thrown a few grenades at them for the hell of it.

Yea I keep reading how "somebody got paid off".... hell I had to put my dad in his place a week ago when he said they already busted Winston and I asked what he meant and he mentioned the DNA. A lot of older men can't see girls being this crazy, they don't realize how things have changed.

It was obvious that this girl is crazy and now Winston will go down as a rapist in many peoples minds.

That's the other aspect that people seem to be ignoring. Winston voluntarily submitted his DNA. He never denied that he had sex with the girl. He knew his DNA is in and on her. His point was that it was consensual. Mike Tyson did 4 years after consensual sex, and a vindictive bitch that hid behind a preacher's daughter persona attempted to save face by accusing Mike after the fact of rape, when it was really about Mike telling her to get out when he was done - no calling her a cab or making sure she got home okay. As it turns out, she did the same thing to a dude in college, because again, she needed to preserve a certain image afterwards.

Her story smelled like shit from the very beginning. These false rape accusations have got to stop. We need a law that shields the name of the ACCUSED just like the ACCUSER gets, at the very least until charges have been filed. The fact that a woman can manufacture a story with absolutely no evidence and stain a man's reputation for life is absolutely insane. Even more insane is the fact that she can do so and face minimal or no repercussions.

It should really be against the law for media outlets to report on this kind of shit. How the fuck are they allowed to drag the name of the accused through the mud while shielding the accuser? They can sensationalize one side of the story and ruin a man's life and make money doing so, but will never name the woman who accused him. And all this before he is even charged with a crime, much less convicted. It's truly fucked up.

I want to trail that with something: Putting the word "alleged" in front of a negative title should still be considered libelous speech. The law as it is now allows me to call you a rapist, molester, murderer, etc instead of making me separate you from the charge, i.e. "So and so who has been accused of X, charged with X, investigated for X".

When you can combine a man's name with his charge in a single word you put a presumption of guilt in the mind of the public. The same public that you will draw your jury pool from.

It would be more effective if in this case the accused spoke publicly about himself, this epidemic, and what it is doing to young men across the country. After what he has been through, I think he can handle any extra media hate.

I also think there is an unspoken theme under the surface of episodes like these, and many domestic disputes involving sexually prolific men. It is the generally accepted belief that using women for sexual pleasure, just by itself, should be criminally or financially punished. When you have a crazy bitch after you, the first thing every woman and white knight will ask you is, "Well, what did you do?"

The best thing he can do for the next guy is talk about it.

In principle, I get what you're saying. I think this kid only wants attention for what he's doing on the field, and wants to simply be a college kid that does what college kids do. He was criticized when this story first broke by the talking heads on ESPN for not speaking up and dispelling this, but they should have known that he was told by his lawyer not to discuss the case, or anything associated with it. He's still going to be viewed by most as a sexually-predatory jock, and he probably just wants this to go away, to whatever extent that can happen. At some point down the line he'll probably have to, or need to talk more at length about what happened to him during this past month or so, but now isn't the time. I hope he does express some public anger about it, and in a delicate way talk about how unfair it was for him to be dragged through the mud while his accuser gets to maintain her anonymity despite OBVIOUSLY lying about what happened between them. She really should be charged with filing a false police report, and some form of contempt for taking up the court's time with all of this.

Here's the official report from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. It's 86 pages, and of course includes her statement, and the affidavits of the two witnesses to the events of the night in question. Pick through it, and decide for yourself if it adds up. On page 83 there's a supplemental report, which starts with why the case was suspended in the first place...

I see that her name is out and that she's from Zepher Hills which is near Tampa.

You guys upset that she's getting away with this should calm down.

The consequences of this for her will be worse than any slap on the wrist she would get from the criminal justice system.

jameis lucked up big time. America has a sweet spot for cute young blonde White girls. They believe everything that comes out of their mouths. It really is their world. If Kobe wouldn't have paid off that girl in colorado, no doubt in my mind that he would have gotten convicted regardless of how many different men cum stains her thong had.

There seems to be a pattern in all these false rape accusations, if you are a dick to the chick after you bust a nut do so at your own peril.

I and a few others pointed out that guys were just asking for trouble doing that.

Apparently with all the false rape accusations out there, with many of them coming back to the broad being pissed at her treatment post bang, guys have wisened up.

At least the ones that read here.
