in the conversation..i used to tease her a bit and she laughed.

but somehow loan didnt approve and now she stoped calling.

i havent seen her.

I'm not sure this qualifies even for "AFC" level of frustrations.. The OP hasn't even met the woman! He definitely needs to get out and meet women though.. forget being concerned with dating someone you haven't even seen.

Go back to the bank and ask her if she wants to hang out on a date? In this case i fully anticipate rejection but that's okay.
