1. Tolerate no direct disrespect.

2. Do not tell her your every move.

3. Please close the conversation with her, yu do not have to tie up on the phone all day.

4. Never show her that your curious, or worry about anything...its weakness.

5. Like I said, unless the disrespect is direct just ignore her dumb shit and move on.

6. Become unavailable for some phone calls, its not the end of the world if you miss one. If it is, forget about her.

7. No need to always tell her how much yu care everyday. .

8. Right after sex, atleast 5 minutes after yu should be making your exit.

Im sure half yu guys already know this, but I wrote this mainly for myself when I was struggling with some gf problems of my own. I forgot these few basic rules.

Yu must remember that no one can play games if all the peices are not there. Thats why yu should follow all these guidelines. I figure it this way, with any woman use this, ecspecially those who love to play games.

I don't take disrespect from anyone, male or female. The disrespect may come from her bitch shields but I simply lack the patience to tolerate it. Some of the heavy hitters like Mixx and Roosh can push through and turn it around but my game isn't that strong. I try to get the girls to gravitate toward me. If she does, and turns disrespectful I remind her she wanted in on the conversation, to do an about face and move on. This strategy works well as I'm surrounded by others that won't accept her attitude. On a cold approach say something witty,C/F and move on. DON'T get into a pissing contest. I used to do this no good comes out of it. There are too many girls out there that won't waste your time.

Not sure about number #8 - after a sexual marathon I need more than 5 minutes to re-charge.By that point you have gotten what you want anyways..

'disrespect' often manifests as a girl trying to control the relationship by cutting her man down is subtle/not-so-subtle ways. It seems to be a reflex for certain types of women. That is, you will never avoid it or stop it. I avoid women like that, like they have a festering diseased second head. Or like they're broken, which they are.

After sex, I make the place mine. I stay, and usually some variation of this happens: she cooks, gives me more sex, smokes me out, massages my body, showers/bathes me, gives me more sex, feeds me again, pays for nights out, and generally just provides company. There isn't a loss of power from me staying. If anything, it cements my place with a woman. If I'm not interested in that, I leave. But I've never understood the "leave 5 minutes after sex" thing. However, I don't spend all week with a woman. I keep it to 1-2 nights per week, average, even with a girlfriend.
