From my experience (limited as it is granted) its not about technique its about the girl. Squirting is something they have to allow, and considering a large number of American girls are so uptight and self conscious they'll keep the selves from a regular orgasm.

IDK, try to find a similar sized forum, frequented mostly by females, and post a topic like this. Depending on the view count you'll get your answer as to who it matters more to.
