Nice to see the mounting articles written by mainstream publications that are acknowledging or even adopting manosphere positions.

The concept of justice doesn't appeal to everyone though..

They're not going to hear it. I already know the counter- it's that rapes go unreported. They want you to prove a negative.

One way to prove it is to show that violent crimes make up less than 10% of all crimes committed. Then ask, rhetorically, "Do you really think rape is more common than simple assault?" Keeps things in perspective.

I ask girls all the time: Do you really think men are out there to get you? Do you think this civilization could exist if men were naturally rapists?

Excellent article, and good to see in this kind of publication. I hope it gets a lot of links.

We should keep an eye on these AEI researchers, they're really doing God's work here. This article from 2011 which is cited in the recent one is good as well.

It's just like the "drunk driving epidemic". They keep lowering the threshold for the definition of under the influence", just like they keep lowering the threshold for the definition of "rape". This, along with the greatly exaggerated and misleading statistics and outright lies, is how the Victim Industrial Complex continues to justify its own existence.

Nah, we're going to modify our game by recording everything.

It's been a constant with progressive policies; they breed all sorts of fucked up byproduct scenarios.

This one will be numerous courtrooms admissions of evidence of guys filming girls doing dirty and "degrading" acts, willfully and enthusiastically. There will be texts from girls saying, "Ya im ur cumslut tonite [Image: wink.gif]". I hope these dumb sluts are willing to share their most slutty moments with an entire courtroom because that's the direction things are going.

I actually bring this up to feminists. I ask, "If you have such a problem with his word against hers, why don't you tell women to film themselves during sex?"

Unsurprisingly, the answer is always, "I don't know about that..."

This is the only statistic they used in the Jezebel article:

"Where are the stats backing up Kitchens' claim that ACROSS THE COUNTRY, poor men are being kicked out of college in droves? Beyond the few anecdotes she drops, who knows! But here's an actual statistic: according to the US Department of Justice, out of every 100 rapes, only 3 of them result in the rapist going to prison. Only 9 even lead to a trial."

I think she meant to say "alleged rapes," but forgot.

This statistic leads me to believe a lot of women are lying or they don't actually know what rape is.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

A strong expression of misandry in our society lies in the fact that a woman sprouting complete, unprovable, illogical bullshit will never be picked out and shamed like a man might be, simply because she is a woman and thus her opinion is more valid (even if misguided). At best she will get a slight admonition.

The problem is a difference in definition. Rape used to mean a violent crime that involved taking a woman by force against her will. Radical feminists have rejected the traditional meaning and have introduced a new point of emphasis for the word.

Rape, for them means, sex that happens without the magic consent. Consent is a subjective matter because it involves probing what's going on inside a woman's head (never a good idea). Therefore, sex that normal people would say falls outside of the category of rape suddenly is a serious crime. Raw dog a girl- rape (because she only consented to sex with a condom). Have sex with a girl after a night where both of you were drinking heavily- rape (because she lacked the capacity to consent). Bust a nut in a girl- rape (because while she consented to penetration, she didn't consent to your orgasm to happen inside of her). Where it's leading is the presumption that all sex is rape unless you can prove consent at every step of the way. To them, sex without a verbalized yes (at every level of escalation, maybe even every thrust) should be considered a crime that deserves years in a penitentiary and a lifetime sex offender status. This belief is outside the mainstream, but I'd bet that most of feminists at the core endorse it.

An orthodox feminist would tell you that rape is more common because of the revised definition. I think it would be good for them to say their unworkable ideas out loud because it would turn many people (including mainstream media) against them. But good luck actually convincing the brilliant minds behind Jezebel and xo Jane.

^ I agree with all the above, however do you think those super-feminists who literally believe that stuff expect as much from the men that they sleep with? If, that is, they have sex at all.

Yes, the comment section is gold. And I am stealing the term 'flat earth society of feminism' because they say men have a huge advantage over women through patriarchy and a rape culture that promote rape, when in reality, nothing could be further from the truth.

When I trolled a Femenist party a few months back I had to ask "consent" to make out with a broad. It was the creepiest thing I've done in some time. It totally killed the vibe and after with her big smirk she says "thanks for asking for consent" ...Yeah go fuck yourself. She wanted that word and not even the kiss, and even though she wasn't a card carrying Femenist, and had long hair and a fat ass - I had no desire to try and bang her - that snarky comment pissed me right off.

They are complete degenerates though because in the back room behind me at that party supposedly a poly orgy/group thing was happening. All they do is build little concubines where they can be slutty under the guide of "control" and "consent". They keep females around as bodies for them to keep warm with since no man wants to cuddle with them aside from the betas they lure into their concubines.

"Kitchens responds to Jezebel’s twisted attack"

http://www.aei-ideas.org/2013/10/kitchen...ed-attack/

Quote:Quote:

The response from readers, including several scholars and researchers, was overwhelmingly positive. The notable exception was Erin Gloria Ryan at Jezebel. In an article entitled “‘Rape Culture’ is just Drunk College Sluts Lying, says Major Magazine,” she accused me of attacking rape victims. Never mind that I never implied that any victims of rape lied (with the exception of a case in North Dakota, in which I reported that the police determined an accuser had filed a false report) and said not a word about alcohol. As I read Ryan’s screed, it occurred to me that she might be talking about some other article. The fact that she referred to me by the wrong last name added to the confusion—an error they later fixed without any indication of a correction. Fervent Jezebel readers, many relying on Ryan’s caricature, proceeded to bombard me with insults, calling me a “rape-denying harpy,” “disgustingly anti-woman,” and a “small-town bigot”—among many other choice epithets.

The activists’ lack of concern for those falsely accused is troubling. Discussions surrounding sexual assault policies should not be based on a numbers game of false accusations vs. unreported victimizations. We should be focused on ensuring justice and basic fairness for all students. Sexual assault activists may not like it, but our country upholds the presumption of innocence as one of the central tenets of the justice system. To say that young men accused of sexual assault should be guaranteed due process by no means implicates victims.

‘Rape culture’ does not exist

http://badgerherald.com/oped/2013/11/04/...not-exist/

Quote:Quote:

‘Rape culture’ does not exist
Editor’s Note: trigger warning for sexual assault.

We’ve all heard the term “rape culture” before and it’s time to set the record straight. The United States of America doesn’t have a culture of rape any more than it has a culture of murder. This term aggressively paints men as dangerous and as the root of evil.

I know that people are out there on the fringe of reality who are going to criticize me for what I’m about to explain — but somebody has to explain this. My hope is that you read what I am about to say, and save your judgment until you finish reading.

The first thing everybody needs to understand is that bad people exist. This is the reason for murder, rape, child abuse, domestic abuse and all sorts of crimes. It is the reality of the world. Crime is not unique to the United States, and if you put a spotlight on rape, you don’t understand the real issue.

Next let’s take a look at what people often attribute to this non-existent rape culture.

I’ll be the first to admit that music lyrics can be extremely degrading towards women. Turn on any rap song and you’ll quickly hear some woman being described as a sex thirsty whore. Switch to the next rap song and you’ll likely hear about shooting people, selling drugs or the degradation of the black community.

How come none of the latter is attributed to any sort of culture, but the former is a sign of a rape culture? If music and movies speak of and depict murder, then do we have a culture that accepts and promotes murder as well? Of course we don’t.

I’ve never seen a feminist in a blaze of fury over the fact that Wiz Khalifa promotes illegal activity, and I don’t care that he does either. But why is there a double standard?

You’ll often hear very uneducated people make statements like, “If people taught their sons not to rape women then we wouldn’t have a problem.” There are a couple of problems with this statement.

First, it’s incredibly ignorant. Anybody who’s ever watched the news knows that rape is illegal, and yet the above paints the picture that our society is failing to educate young men on rape. Secondly, it implies that education can prevent true acts of evil. We teach kids not to murder and rob, but people still do it. Once again, you can’t always stop criminals.

Finally, statements like that put all the blame on men and put no blame on women. There’s no doubt that women are more often the victims of sexual assault and rape, but many men are assaulted and raped as well. Then why aren’t we teaching our daughters not rape?

A woman drugged a close male friend of mine, who was a superstar athlete, so that she could assault him. There was little outrage, but could you imagine if a superstar athlete drugged a random woman and raped her? It’d be on the national news by morning.

This last part is likely going to blow up my Twitter feed with hate tweets.

It is unfortunate that some women feel the need to exploit anything that may be rape for publicity. Not everything that is claimed to be rape is actually rape, and false accusations only take away from the credibility of real victims.

For example, I’ve heard many women tell me they regretted having sex with somebody, and that if anybody asked them they’d just lie and say they were too drunk to remember. It’s people like them that are huge problems. Why are women so desperate to demonize men that they’ll lie about being raped?

Let’s focus on those that truly need our help, and let’s stop evil people when we can.

UW-Madison student's controversial article goes viral

MADISON, Wis. - A letter to the editor printed by a University of Wisconsin-Madison student newspaper is going viral online.

The Badger Herald printed a letter from a political science junior titled, “Rape Culture Does Not Exist.”

In the letter, student David Hookstead said the U.S. “doesn’t have a culture of rape any more than it has a culture of murder.”

The article has received several comments online after it was shared by reporters from national media outlets.

The student newspaper’s editor, Katherine Krueger, said it was printed to create a meaningful discussion about the issue.

“When I was consulting with our managing editor and our opinion editors about whether or not to publish it, we knew there would be a pretty strong response from the campus,” said Krueger. “I think it’s important to stare something ugly in the face every once in a while to be reminded that there’s still a lot of work to do.”

Incredible comments. How the hell?! Are guys waking up or what? Either way, I liked what I read.

"Christian love bears evil, but it does not tolerate it. It does penance for the sins of others, but it is not broadminded about sin. Real love involves real hatred: whoever has lost the power of moral indignation and the urge to drive the sellers from temples has also lost a living, fervent love of Truth."
