For Brasil, brazilcupid.com is very gringo oriented. If you want to get at the normal non pros who are not Maria passaporte (gringo chasers), go to parperfeito.com or amigos.com or even orkut. But needless to say, Portuguese is required, specially on parperfeito.com or amigos.com
For Thailand, thailovelinks.com is good as well as dateinasia.com

dateinasia.com is popular here in the Philippines and I got laid (SNL) through that with a nice regular girl (not P4P).

However you need to weed out a LOT of ladyboys and P4P girls. General rule of thumb is that if she asks to pay for her taxi as a condition to come and meet you or asks you to but some credit for her mobile phone before you even meet then she is P4P.

I'd love some general tips for online gaming of EE women.

Here's my plan so far:

Basic profile (not going to spend anything) on mamba.ru.

Going to get my wing to take some good pics of me suited up and in more casual clothes, specifically for the profile. Hopefully they turn out well - I fucking hate cameras.

Basic English profile, with a mention that I speak basic Russian (because I do) and that I am learning, and that I will be moving to Latvia in March.

Then I start going through the list and messaging the ones that I like, try to start up online game until I arrive with the intention of setting up immediate action upon arrival.

Yes it costs. Look near the top right hand side for the "upgrade now" button.

also how would the females respond if they just have basic profiles and do not pay? i cant imagine most these girls dropping 20-30 a month on a website lol

It's not like match.com where both people have to pay. As long as one person has paid, you can communicate. There are a few women who have paid for gold or platinum subscriptions, but not many.
