A handful of strawberries, a handful of blueberries, a cup of milk, 4-5 ice cubes, and a tablespoon of condensed milk <--- this is KEY.

Mix and pour into a glass. DELICIOUS!

150-200 calories and I feel stuffed. It's pretty good.

1 medium sized banana (frozen)
1 glass milk (low fat or tailored to choice)

Berry Nice Surprise

Handful of berries in season (blue, black, raspberries)
Handful of strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 glass Almond milk (almond milk works better here as its thinner consistency)
1 serving vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powder

Blended till smooth, best for summer time.

Freeze berries before making smoothie and omit the ice cubes.

Put in the blender and blend until it is smooth.

Morning breakfast shake --
5 or 6 ice cubes
3/4 cup of milk
2 scoops chocolate muscle milk (32g protein)
one scoop of old fashioned oats
handful of almonds
heaping spoonful of peanut butter
banana

occasionally a touch of honey or a raw egg...adjust amounts until you reach desired consistency
