I currently live next to a huge campus but I'm not a student there. I am a part-time graduate student so I've been going with "I'm a transfer student" game. I don't look old so plenty of undergraduates ask me which undergrad degree I am studying.
That said, who here has been able to get into a large, auditorium class just to game? Any success? What props did you bring with you other than pen and paper? Any experience being called out by prof?
It being the second week of the quarter I assume I could still get away with "I'm the confused transfer student and they still haven't given me my ID card."
I'm even wondering if it wouldn't be interesting to wear MY uni's clothing to peacock the fact that I'm not from these parts. I'm from an interesting location which has been great bait for me so its not like I'm going around telling everyone I'm from Hope, Arkansas.
I'm sure every campus is different so just share your experience.
