This is going to be somewhat beta but I'm going to ask anyway.
When I'm riding the bus (sitting down) and it starts to get packed, it seems like people (men and women) avoid sitting next to me.
I'm taking the following into consideration:
-I'm in the US so by default people want to sit a seat or two away from the next man if possible.
-Women may feel more comfortable sitting next to other women
-There may be social circle groups riding together that I fail to identify
-I keep open body language so the seat next to me is available but I'm not trying to get people to sit next to me (i.e. nonchalant)
-I'm OCD so it's probably a conspiracy that doesn't really exist
But yeah, other than that there's no fucking reason for it.
The answer: Who gives a fuck, approach, approach, approach and keep swinging!
Anyone else have something similar going on?
