I've actually had about 3 or 4 girls react badly when I asked them if they "want to smoke some weed".

I'm wondering if there is a better way to softly approach the subject so I don't come across as a "stoner / hippie" to girls who aren't open to smoking weed when I ask that question.

I've found that first asking them "do you smoke weed" might be slightly better, but still looking for a better approach to bring this up.


Note; I am asking about this from a place where it's legal. Thanks

As I see it you have two problems here:

1. You need to be better at reading the girl, and gauging if you think she does or not. This isn't as big of a problem, but you should still be able to pick up things she hasn't told you.

2. It's not how you're asking, but what you're saying wrong after. You need to be able to transition from any sort of conversational topic that isn't going well. Example:

You: "You smoke?"
Her: "Uh no, I respect my body, do I look like I do drugs?"
You: "Oh, ok." "You drink?"
Her: "Again no, I told you I respect my body."
You: "Then what do you do for fun?"

That's a worst case scenario, and generally speaking I'm moving on if the girl doesn't smoke or drink.

here's the thing about this that makes it difficult.

Most males, through their vibes or appearance, make it relatively obvious in one way or another that they blaze. You can just feel it off them. So if I want to blaze with a dude that I don't know that well, my "weed radar" is about 90% accurate.

Girls on the other hand, have no congruency between their appearance, demeanor and whether they blaze or not. You'll get some girls with bright red hair, looking all rockered out and counter culture. You tell them to come smoke a joint and they are taken aback. Then you get the mousy chick from ceramics class that doesn't talk much and she starts rolling her own blunt on your car, unprompted. If you talk to them for long enough the truth will come out eventually, but when it comes to quick daygame approaches and hail mary's, its difficult to calibrate.

I know ive blown myself out a few times by going this route. Its like smuggling drugs I guess. Its risky, but if you judge right and you're smart about it then it more than pays off. You get isolation, compliance and inebriation in one swoop.

Another thing I noticed personally is that some girls deny they smoke in the same way they give out fake numbers.

Ive had chicks tell me "that guy just came out of nowhere and asked if I wanted to smoke, what a creep" pointing out some random guy.

I'm like bitch, you smoke a blunt with me every time we hang out.

It definitely doesn't help me get laid any. To me a stoner chick still needs gaming just like any other girl.

What it does help me with is logistics.

Like I mentioned earlier, in one move im essentially issuing a pretty powerful compliance test to see where she stands overall (is she cool/prude/dtf/etc), getting her isolated and getting us both stoned and comfortable. 3 in 1. These factors are what helps me, not necessarily the weed.


I'm going to adopt WIA's "when in doubt pull it out" philosophy and put extra focus into maintaining frame during the process. It brings me back to when I was young and smoking cigarettes, I realized the less apologetic I was about it the less it mattered, whether the girl was against smoking/didn't care or whatever. There's no reason this wouldn't apply to weed smoking as well. I guess since weed is "illegal" I felt they would have more of a hang up about it.

I'd break out a J as casually as a cigarette, light it up because you're a man and that what you want to do, take a fat ass toke, hold it for a second, choke a little but don't go all super cough, and somewhere in that process pass that shit to her like you expect her to hit it. if she freaks then she's not your speed. a chick that doesn't smoke isn't often the kind of chick who is tolerant to that kind of stuff. there are exceptions to the rule granted but by and large... also in countries where grass is legal I would assume most everybody smokes a little. I can't be sure though.

I don't smoke any more but when I did grass always made me lazy to approach and made me horrible in bed.

Everyone is different but when I quit weed I had higher libido, better erections and higher drive. I was more social and energetic and flirted and gamed more. I still got laid when I was a pot head but I didn't really care. I was smoking everyday for around ten years though. Most days 3-5 times a day.

Also on numerous occasions I would be having a good date with a girl until we smoked. Where I would become very reserved, less touchy and more awkward. Which has its place but still doesn't usually end in a bang.

You should be able to read if shes into it, although sometimes they hide it very well. Or just throw some mild references, something only smokers would know. Analyze her reactions

Just ask her if she smokes. If she says yes, usually this means cigarettes in my experiences so you have to have her specify what exactly she smokes.

Another common one response i get is "smoke what" thats a dead on indication for me. The ones who say this are the ones who smoke weed.

But if they do then they will probably drop a few hints trying to see if you smoke as well so this shouldnt be a huge detective case on whether she smokes or not.

Or she could not be a smoker at all. From my experiences alot of the ones who dont smoke dont like smokers and is a turn off for them so this may be something you would wanna conceal depending on the girl and depending if this girl is expendable or not.

I would say give up weed, but that's just me. That stuff makes me so anxious and paranoid I can even leave the house, let alone deal with women.

Never saw it as an issue if she refuses. Usually just say "no problem I'll smoke yours" and move on to something else. I smoke casually and don't come off as a stoner so it's easy to play off. Since it's no big deal to me and common as hell I just check her for being weird and uptight if she dwells on it. Imo it's just a shit test if that happens.

and yeah weed can be a game killer for me. I get lazy and introverted if I smoke too much or too often. Wake and baking is awful. Also only times I pop early are when I'm super blazed. It can be great for slow drawn out lazy gf sex if that's your thing. Being a pothead was pretty much my game in high school though and it worked pretty well. Mixed bag like anything.
