Lower Estrogen In Men = Lower Libido?

This article seems dishonest. If you give one of these flabby fat bastards a dose of testosterone he's going to drop his man tits and put on muscle.
They should instead mention that the two work in synergy and that having low testosterone and estrogen just means a bad hormone profile in general, and that losing weight (or just going keto) is going to vastly improve bodily composition and consequently hormone profile. Give some guy a big dose of T and his estrogen is probably going to go up too, to compensate.

I'm going to pop into the pharmacy here in Cambodia and see if they have estrogen shots.

It's the balance of estrogen and testosterone.
Men and women have different ratios. The two
hormones convert back and forth to keep the
right balance.

Basically the way men will bring their estrogen levels up is through testosterone supplementation. You need to have TST levels above 350 to produce enough estrogen. This is way higher than the 200 TST level for which doctors prescribe now.

Be very careful bros, having high testosterone (850 - 1000 ng) and a low estrogen (25-45ng) is optimal. Low estrogen is key, but you still need some. Most guys will start to get stiff joints, weaker woodies and dry skin if their estrogen gets too low. make no mistake though, it needs to be controlled and kept as low as healthily possible.
Ways to keep your estrogen low
- keep your body fat low (fat increases aromatase)
- Keep your testosterone high (upper physiological range 850 - 1000ng)
- Stay away from soy products
- Take DIM (great for reducing E2, the nasty prostate cancer causing estrogen)
- For older cats or athletes, look into TRT to keep your hormones in optimal balance.

I think the article is dishonest, they are taking a pot shot at the increasing popularity of TRT, omitting the fact that free test readily converts to estrogenic hormones. So if you are taking test, you won't have any shortage of estrogen hormones, just the opposite. Note in the study they did, they gave the guys TRT, and then blocked estrogen production.

I guess trying to emasculate us all wasn't working fast enough. Now they want us to physically become women.

Personally, I believe it could be easy to get mislead and confused about a lot of these balancing issues... and a paleo low carb diet and exercise will probably go a long way towards helping to bring NATURAL balance, rather than potential dangers with supplementation which IMHO could screw up natural production of our natural hormones and/or balance.
