Booshala where does the info you input for these lawsuits go

And does the info(name age etc) have to be real?

I don't understand your first question. As for the second, they're writing you checks for the settlements. Unless you have some method of convincing your bank that the fake name on the check is you, I fail to see why you would even do this.

I believe that the answer to the first question is that the information that you file to make your claim goes to the attorneys of the case (the attorney who sued and the attorney who defended the company), and probably ultimately, the information gets filed with the court that approved the settlement.

And, yes, agree with Booshala that whatever information you do give will have to allow you to be able to cash the check or to receive the direct deposit.

A fellow I know has a fishing boat for sale. Worth $8k-$10k, he doesn't want to be bothered trying to sell it so I'll be the one to find and negotiate with potential buyers. He wants $5k, anything above that is my keep. Should be interesting...

Do you have a picture of the boat which you can post? I have family members in your area who are really into fishing.

MSW: wouldnt you be better selling the boat to someone who does not know your bottom line? Nothing against Merenguero getting a piece of that, though. [Image: smile.gif] [Image: smile.gif]

My personal bottom line still profits me handsomely.

e.g. I'd rather profit $2,000 for three days of searching and negotiating, than $3,000 for seven days worth.

I am definitely with you concerning the concept that frequently a bird in hand is better than two in the bush.. that's for sure.

Here's a side hustle: Take every penny you can get your hands on and bet on Floyd Mayweather every May and September. Everyone who has ever done that has made money off it and will continue to do so until Mayweather retires.

Serious... $250 for $100 was a decent payout with the last fight with Canelo, but betting $800 to win $100 just seems like a drag.

Slanging meat!

A guy came into my work trailer a couple of days ago, just some random welder and told us all that he's making up some beef jerky and was taking orders for bags that sold for $10 each. The next day he came in a bunch of us bought a bag or two, the stuff was delicious and the next day he came back with more and we all bought again. I asked him how much he sold in the past two days and he said fifty bags, I don't know how much it would cost him per bag but I would say he easily made a couple of hundred bucks off of it.

Also, I know of a few guys who can butcher wild animals such as deer, moose, elk, caribou and are very busy during hunting season. They charge anywhere from about $200-500 I think depending on the cuts that you want, you can get steaks, roasts, pepperoni, etc.

Not a bad idea for a side hustle after work.

I actually really like this idea.

i spent hours in a coffee shops every day. why not do it in a DMV?

Sit down and work for a while. Trade ticket. Run out for food and coffee. Come back. Trade ticket. rinse and repeat.

Any other places that have long wait lines to run this hustle?

God'll prolly have me on some real strict shit

Read the first answer here. I won't give it away, but at $10/piece, you could easily have a crew of 1-2 students/illegals working for $10/hour bring you in hundreds in a day. Materials cost <5%, labor cost <20% of your revenue.

It all depends on the size, density and living patterns of your city as well as local HOA and county laws but have a read:

Have to say the class action gambit is interesting and I used to buy, punch list and resell vehicles but no garage or tools at my current address so am sharing the following.

I have a PhD friend who came to the USA and worked in BioTech in Metro Boston - he just bought about 79 machines he is shipping home to set up a Medical Testing Biz - he worked on calibrating HIV blood testing machines for accurate results so knows the Biotech industry and FDA processes well. Showed me his Scottrade account started with $500 and over 3 years got it up to $380K USD - saw it with my own eyes and he has been sharing how. This is how he paid for the testing biz gear.

I have noticed that the various stock trading threads tend to 1. be of questionable and dubious provenance (lots of pump and dump fluff hard to verify) and 2. Full of excess testosterone being sprayed around which is kiddy crap to me. I just picked up a new long term lucrative consulting contract and am in the ultimate frugality mode of my life (Very low overhead and expenses) for the next year and a half and am waiting for a large settlement so I plan to continue to pick my PhD friends brain and focus like a laser on his success model for myself.

Even Roosh does not sell his books or new travel data sheets for free so I am looking at setting up a limited members only group so it does not get out of control and follow a disciplined protocol to authenticate the picks.

The model is you either pay for the knowledge or you share skillz, real analysis and equally useful knowledge (I am the judge of what is useful or not) - PM me if any interest - not an investment club because I do not want to take responsibility for others money - just knowledge sharing truly useful, timely and valuable info. You will have to sign an NDA and a waiver and agree to my disclaimers as I do not like to waste time in courts due to b.s. frivolous crap. Been there done that and it sux.

I would normally keep this info to myself but via RVF and ROK I have gained a lot of useful knowledge plus validation and reinforcement of my hard core Red Pill beliefs - no child support, no alimony, no false rape nightmares, no bimbos and plan to keep it that way and am laser focused on setting myself up for the long term. Therefore willing to share on a limited basis as described above.

New hustle for 2014: found a great arbitrage opportunity that ends up netting around 4% in cash back. Use a 5% cashback card, buy Vanilla reload cards at drugstores and supermarkets for a 1% fee and then pay off the initial credit card fee with the money. Looking to cycle around $15k-$20k a month which hopefully should net around $800 profit monthly. Doubly nice because cash-back is considered a "discount" as opposed to taxable income so the $800 is more like $1000 if you took into account the 25% tax haircut.

Again, this isn't life changing money, but an easy way to supplement an already fun lifestyle.

Which 5% card are you using?

Right now I am working on 3 cards. $20,000 to spend on BA for 100k miles, $3,000 to spend on a Citi card for $300 in cash back, and $750 to spend on a Harrah's card for $100 in comp credits.

It's the old American Express Blue card. Anything over $6500 at gas stations, groceries or drug stores gets 5% cash back on those purchases. Unfortunately, I just found out that you have to be grandfathered in from before to get those benefits.

If you hit $30,000 spend on BA you can get a companion pass on BA flights. Sucks that you have to pay fuel surcharges, but it's a pretty decent way for two to fly business/first for the cost of coach and some miles.
