I've recently seen a few comments from some Aussie mates of mine re Paul Abbott
Seems like the guy is on track to become the new PM over there, despite(perhaps because of?) his no-nonsense approach
He's made some pretty inflammatory (but not necessarily untrue) comments on asylum seekers, aborigines, climate change, women, you name it, the guy has pretty much offended every 'group' in Oz
Yet he's more popular than ever!
I've gotta say, on some levels I admire the guy for not bowing down to the pc/leftist brigade and speaking his mind, even if he has spouted a few clangers in his time
Also admire the fact that he looks after himself, he's an avid runner and cyclist and has taken part in the Ironman
(especially when compared to some of the overweight slobs we have running the country here in Ireland)
