Congratulations Neil!

It seems like the movie got stuck in limbo and both the book and the screenplay don't seem to be available anymore.

I think the two previous forum contributors that I am most curious about as to where they ended up and how they are doing are Neil/Spike and Tuthmosis. Tuthmosis last tweeted in 2020 and it seemed like he was doing well, but it seems like Spike just dropped off the planet.

If anyone can point me to a pdf of the book, I'd appreciate it, sounds like it was fun read that I missed.

@TtR,

Neil's website crashed, and he didn't have a backup. The book was almost 500 pages. Neil is not a native speaker of English and didn't go to college. So, the book was long, tedious, and badly needed an editor. See the Amazon reviews.

IIRC, Neil lived off the generous Dutch welfare state. He saved around USD 50K, and travelled very frugally. He also met up with his parents during the trip. But he didn't meet many girls at all. The end of the book has a few pages of pick-up advice, standard internet stuff.

I'm reminded of John Bodi's 300 page "Death by a Thousand Sluts", which I read intermittently on my gym bike. It was also tedious. I expected a redemption story, but at the end, Bodi didn't even get laid. I didn't read Part 2.

At the time, Roosh, Mark "Naughty Nomad" Zolo, Neil Skywalker, and Nick Krauser et al wrote PUA travel books to monetize their travel hobbies. Bald and Bankrupt made a successful YouTube channel. These guys all posted on the old RVF forum.
