What do you all do to increase flexibility for kicks? This is the weakest part of my game. I'm strong but very inflexible.
Civilize the mind but make savage the body.

static/dynamic stretches two times a day. Kicking daily, i had two bags on my house plus all the kicking i did at practice. There is not much you can do besides building muscle memory through repetition, which can take many years. You have to be patient, a lot of guys can throws kicks once theyre all warmed up but in a street fight they struggle to get a middle kick.

One of the girls I'm seeing is a yoga instructor. As goofy as that shit looks, it really improved my round kick in Muay Thai. Also, classical stretching is good.
Are you sure you are relaxed enough when you kick? Tensing up can make you feel inflexible and really throw off your kicks.

Dynamic stretching is a given. Perfecting technique is also important, you really need to use your whole body. However these days I prefer to use more low and mid kicks. Better risk/reward in my opinion.
