New to the forum and wish to share some experiences with travel game, this summer.

I'm also new to travel game, did a bit last year, but this year, it turns out the I live in a college town that clears out during the summer, so the only game to be done is to travel. Unfortunately, my game is pretty poor, so I also have to work on my game while traveling, so I have to find places where I have both a decent shot of getting laid, as well as enough girls to practice on.

I'm sure like most people I thought it'd be simple, just approach enough girls and you'll find one, but as is repeated here, travel game is definitely harder.

Random things can come up that hurt your plan to approach 100 girls at night and in the day over a span of a 4-day trip--weather, you can't find a good spot to go, you're physically run down, AA is worse when you're in a new country (solo), you arrive on some random holiday you weren't aware of and everyone's gone, etc.
It can also take time to get accustomed to the vibe of the place and the girls.

Here's where I went to:
Strictly to game: Stockholm (3 full days, not counting travel), Amsterdam (5 days), London (4 days)
For work, and had extra days to game: Palermo (in Italy, 2 game days), Kiev (maybe 2-3 late afternoons, and went out 3 nights), Lisbon (2 days)

Stockholm:
Was there 3 full days, ended up accidentally going around midsummer, so everyone left. I had one real day of daygame, did 20 approaches, from which I eventually laid a tourist.
Overall I found the girls fairly approachable and friendly, though, and on any other occasion I think it would have been a great place to game.

Night game: Very disappointing, as wednesday, thursday and saturday night should have been at least OK..Sodermalm was quite devoid of sets. Stureplan had a couple filled clubs, but the quality was not so good as I think there was an over 23 age requirement. We did find one good spot in the area between Sodermalm and Gamla stan, forget what it was called.

Palermo: Terrible for gaming. Streets completely empty of single girls, as was the beach. Nightlife was all mixed groups.

Amsterdam:
Very difficult place, although the quality is quite good. Lots of tall blondes. With a nice tan, too, which I don't understand for that place. I approached 80 girls daytime, most blew me off immediately. I met and had (one insta, one later) dates with two tourists, but both ended up wasting my time (brought both of them to my place, but they resisted any/all escalation).

Definitely never going there again.

The clubs has plenty of girls (not the bars, though), but also pretty challenging, but I was also run down from daygaming all day.

Kiev:
Definitely lots of high quality here, although the city is a bit empty during the summer as folks go to dachas and the coasts. Nightlife is made artificially quite good. Cover charges of up to 30 euro, free for girls, means that most local guys can't afford it and so the ratios are the best I've seen...anywhere.
A LOT of butterfaces in Kreshatik. I think there were possibly twice more girls that I was about to approach and was immediately appalled by bad skin, than were girls I actually approached. Still in general plenty around.
Unfortunately my Russian is, although technically fluent by a gentle standard, not good enough to actually be charismatic, fun, etc. so I had no success here.
It was not uncommon to see out-of-shape 40/50 year olds with a 9 on their arm, though. So I can understand the hype.

London:
Had to try my go at the famous Oxford street. Overall, the quality is not great, you see lots of 6s and then an occasional high 7, usually a former/current model in her mid-to-late 20s, usually foreign. More approachable than Amsterdam, but still very difficult and most were also immediate blowoffs. Got quite physically drained, too. Overall did 50 approaches, but no lays.

Nightlife: Hit or miss. Hit up Camdem town and Brick lane one night, and Leicster square another, one night was a total dud, the other was alright, there were enough girls but the ratio got terrible by about 2. No results.

Lisbon:
Had a resurgent bout of AA so day game was not happening.

Night game was kind of cool, though, there are a lot of people out on the street (in Bairro), so you can just wander the street hopping from girls to girls, without even going into a bar. Lots of tourists, and the quality is not as bad as previously claimed. It's still not good though, but I did see (yes, native) 8s from time to time.
There is a sharp drop in hot hot these girls look at about 21-22 in age. It's like their face gets suddenly mangled or something.



Lessons/comments:
1) Now I see why the preference here is for longer stays. Random shit happens that foil ambitious plans of doing 100 day and 100 night approaches in a 4 day trip, dates can take time, or more often can just never be scheduled since you're not there long, you may not know the nightlife fast enough, etc..
2) I also see the appeal of Eastern europe, the denigration of southern europe and the go-to-western-cities-only-if-you-have-to attitude. That said I can imagine the language barrier to be horrendous in much of EE. Southern europe does suck all across the board. London could be a good place to practice your game. Amsterdam potentially, but I didn't last past the opener, so not so much for me. I liked Stockholm for day game but I thought the nightlife was very overhyped

I think in the future I'll try to plan 10 day excursions, friday to the following monday, at least.
I also have never pipelined, and so will try doing that too.
My current plans are to have a 10 day game trip in Oslo in August, and a longer work trip again to Kiev in September.

Are we talking about the same Kiev & Kreshatik here? 3 afternoons as you so mildly put it is not enough time to make an impression of such a vast city! To me Kiev has some of the best quality in the world and most approachable women. Decent Russian knowledge is important however there are plenty of players on this forum (Slubu comes to mind) who have done great there without local language skills. What you should have done is concentrated more on evening approaches and tried to see what the girls plans were as far as going out for the night. Just approaching them in robotic Russian and running "tourist game" is not always enough. Also, what clubs did you hit if you are stating that there were many "butterfaces" with bad skin?

Yes I agree quality is very good overall. And yes, at night they were fairly approachable (somewhat less so during the day).
There were no butterfaces at night, just a lot on Kreshatik in the daytime. Still there was plenty of real quality as well.
As for the clubs I hit, there was Shooters, Dolly Park and a big outdoor one on an island I forget the name of. All had good ratios and plenty of attractive women. I didn't get any of them interested, however, that is just poor game exacerbated by mediocre language skills. (as in, my language skills are enough to have a conversation, but I am not that fun, charismatic, etc. overall, and am even much less so in Russian). So my impression is that while it's no pussy paradise, in the sense of being easy for anyone, a player with good skill spitting game in the language would be very happy here.

Seems like you guys are experienced with the nightlife in Kiev, and I'll be going there for work at least a couple more times, I think, so I'm curious:

1) In some western cities (not all, Amsterdam is not like this, but, for instance, Los Angeles is, and Lisbon) there is a two-tier nightlife system, one is the high end where well-heeled girls in their mid-20s go primarily to scam rich men (but occasionally open for hooking up with a hot fun alpha guy), and one that's more laid back usually for college girls where girls go more to hang out with social circles with a possibility of hooking up with a hot fun alpha guy. (and there are places in between too, of course)

Is there something like that in Kiev? I did see a lot of the stringing rich guys along dynamic you often see (though even more extreme), but there were more genuine hook ups than I'd have guessed. My friend did fairly well, he met a girl, made out with her and got her # in each of these nights, and I don't think they were playing him.

But is there a purely relaxed college type place? From what I saw Vodka room was the closest, but it wasn't that busy (but we only stopped through there on a tuesday night)

2) Is there a "scene"? In some places, like southern Cali, to get with 8+ you need to be involved with the social circle of DJs, bartenders, drug-dealers, and partygoers and hosters, and you usually would hook up with them at afterparties. Is there any such dynamic in Kiev? It seems, at first sight, that you can get quality with night game cold approach, but I may be wrong. I have heard, though, that in Europe this is in general less the case, and high end girls, while not necessarily easier, are at least accessible at clubs.
