Actually they are not all from Bosnia. Some are. Most are from Serbia (including that girl who was born there) and Montenegro.

As for the U.S. penal system... when I was younger I often wondered why is that the mega rich people live in the U.S. when the U.S. infrastructure is almost exclusively third-world like, and the general lifestyle sucks ass comparing to some more carefree destinations. Then I realized it's because the rich have this inane need to protect their wealth, and the best way to have it protected is with the backing from the state and its ideological state apparatus. That's why the American penal system extends more harsh sentences on thieves, than on murderers. Because in the U.S. the primary concern of the system is to protects the individual and institutional wealth. This is the main reason why the American mega rich don't usually move elsewhere (Europe, South America) since the governments and local population elsewhere are a lot more intrusive, more bottom-to-top corrupted, and overall the elsewhere system is much more insecure. Which is not to say that America won't ever change for worse. There are already real indications that America's governing is leaning more to the left more and turning more authoritarian. Borrowing from the socialist playbook the intrusions from the state are becoming more frequent. If this were to become an irreversible trend look not only for the capital to flee the U.S. borders, but the mega rich families behind that capital to leave as well.
