Sandra Fluke: A Retrospective On A Narcissistic Millennial Liberal

Sandra Fluke is a white, heterosexual female who was born into privilege. She majored in Feminist & Women's Studies at Cornell University. Apparently she tooled around for some years, probably casting about for a "Joan Of Arc" situation she could embroil herself in. She fooled around in NYC for a while, focusing her time on helping unmarried female victims of domestic violence. Already, out the gate, we know she isn't interested in helping women. She eventually settled on attending Georgetown Law in order to challenge their exemption from Obamacare that granted them the legal right to not pay for their female student's birth control.

She waiting around till her third year, when the reelection campaign for Obama began to grow legs. Obama knew that he needed to pander to his base - women - and needed to find a way to prove that Republican's hated women. He knew he had to play on the victim complexes feminists have so aptly inculcated in women at large.

There was a Congressional Hearing headed by Republican Darrell Issa about Conscience Clause exemptions under Obamacare (religious exemptions for not providing birth control). Democrats knew for weeks about the House panel and initially put forth a Democrat male speaker, but withdrew him. The 10 people selected to testify, 8 of them were 2 were women. A contemptible female Democrat (are their any other kind?) quipped, "where are the women?" As usual, this delusion woman seems to think that birth control affects women far more than men. Once again, showing how self-absorbed women are and how invisible men are to them.

Fluke never testified before any panel in Congress. She showed up to a mock panel set up by Democrats and pretended to give testimony. Her testimony was so invidiously false it was too preposterous to counter. She claimed that women were suffering severe mental, physical and emotional abuse that the school refused to provide basic medical care to its students in the form of subsidized birth control. She invented fictions of birth control sometimes costing over $1000 a month to pay for. She appropriated her lesbian friend's life and claimed this woman needed birth control to survive. She talked about low-income students not being able to afford birth control at her law school - a top 10 law school. Rich, white heterosexual at an elite educational institution? Damning of evidence of privilege? Hardly.

Upon hearing this woman's ridiculous, Rush Limbaugh called Fluke a "slut" and a "prostitute." Limbaugh wondered how much sex this woman must be having in order to rack up such a large birth control pill. Limbaugh intoned that it is not up to the American taxpayers to subsidize Fluke's sex life.

On cue, just like with Todd Akin's remarks, the feminist matrix took molehill and made a mountain out of it. Fluke, played her role, was shocked somebody made a personal attack when she desired a rational discussion over the issue. Ironic in it beauty, isn't it? Feminism is based on degrading personal attacks on those who refuse to kowtow to it and, in her own testimony, she gave little to no heed to the reality of birth control in her law school.

Limbaugh balked at giving an apology at first, but he had lost almost a hundred advertisers. He gave an apology, but Fluke refused to accept it. Classy, Sandra Fluke. Obama phoned her personally, apologizing for the male sex and how degrading and upsetting being called a slut must be. She put on a brave face and claimed she was strong and would not let this situation define her. It is always amusing to me when narcissists claim to have feelings.

She parlayed her media attention into campaigning with Obama, with her strongly pushing the message that there is a clear war on women in America. Todd Akin's off-color remark was the gasoline on the fire that propelled the narrative. Remember, this so-called "War on Women" was fueled by the word "slut" and the phrase "a woman's body has a natural defense against rape." Shows how far America has fallen.

Fluke gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention that sealed her psychological profile in my mind. This speech was outright false from its inception. Nobody shut her out of any debate. The panel she referred to had two women, it was just the first panel of five was all men. Further, she claimed she was attacked as a "public figure." Apparently, Fluke doesn't recall the legal definition of a public figure, as I would surmise that she didn't become a public figure until AFTER Limbaugh called her a slut.

Further, she lies through her teeth about the America that Romney would create. I understand politics and the need to slant the facts in your favor, but she paints this world of male Republicans dragging us back to when men's needs and wants took precedence over women's needs and wants. That world never existed, but Fluke needs it to in order further her narrative.

She tellingly smiles when talking about choice. She knows she is talking about herself while using women at large as a cover for her sheer self-absorption. Her bizarre and detailed imagining about a Romney Presidency is her fantasies about a Fluke Presidency. She wants to tilt the field 100% in the favor of women. She only cares about men insofar as they turn her on sexually or are "business partners" in her life.

She come across as cold, self-possessed and fake in her brief speech. She has absolutely zero credentials, charisma or insight to offer. She is only giving a speech because Limbaugh called her a "slut." That doesn't matter to the narrative to be pushed, as a rich, white heterosexual female was oppressed for having to pay for her own birth control and was called a "slut" by a man she probably hates and never listens to.

Curiously, she penned a piece in the Puffington Host about narcissism.

She proves my point that she is only testified, talked and spoke because of herself. She appropriates her "close friend's" life as a talking point and she appropriates black women's lives as a vehicle to get herself into the limelight and stay there. I previously indicated that she is interested in handouts not ending from men, but she is primarily interesting the attention showered on her by the media and society.

First, consider a point made about "Django Unchained" by The Last Pyschiatrist. He recognizes that Leonardo DiCaprio's character isn't racist insomuch that is looking for justification for the status quo. Fluke is displaying this, as she is a strong apologist for student loans, mounting levels of federal debt and Obamacare which did little more than double-down on our failing system of employer-sponsored healthcare. She is searching for superficial solutions (more Pell Grants!) while ignoring the real, substantive issues that necessitate why Pell Grants, Obamacare or birth control is so needed in America.

Further, Fluke reinforces the reality of the destruction of the family in America. Why do so many Americans need help? What about their spouses, parents, cousins, children, etc.? We have become so atomized as a society that we need government to step in and be the close friend who give a loan or the cousin who lets to sit back in his crib for a month while you find a new job. Those ties have been severed and replaced with TV, the Internet and smartphones. One of the reasons I love this forum is because it isn't just navel gazing going on here - it is about men helping other men. This forum would not be as needed if men had fathers, uncles or other men around them to help guide them as youngsters.

Finally, Fluke does nothing to prove that the Millennials are not an entitled generation. I have already talked about this before, but my generation - the Millennials - are a supremely entitled generation. I will, when I have the time, review the relationship between my generation and our parents through the lens of the TV show "The Venture Brothers." Until then, understand the Fluke isn't worried about her fellow Millennial, she is acting out what she has been taught. She is seeking resources from an authority figure (the government) and doesn't know how to provide for herself. In her own life, she works for the government.

That is the dynamic that is set up for women like her. Seek your empowerment through petitioning male authority figures to pay your bills. Get the government, the father of your child, your ex-husband or your actual father to pay your bills. Demand that men need to pay up. You know, as a result of male privilege. This dynamic is played out in Sweden, as women had no problem demanded corporations pay for maternal leave, but once women became a substantive contributor to said payments for maternal leave there was a problem. When male CEO's and managers had to pay for female leave from work, there was no issue. Once female CEO's and managers had to pay for leave, suddenly there was an issue.

Which shows off the sexism Fluke flagrantly displays. She is a woman's rights activist, not a human's rights activist. She does not care about men unless they are inferiors or ATM's. When men dare to suggest that bloated welfare programs need to be trimmed, she pushes that said cuts would hurt women. She is right, in a way, because the women that it would hurt doesn't affect men in the same way - those men are in prison. She whines about the plight of black women, but she ignores black men. If pressed, I'm sure she would blabber on about racism and how our society still values sexual machismo over other forms of masculinity. She ignores reality of black men so she can further her agenda.

The weakest part of feminism is right here. Women like Fluke cannot decouple race and sexuality when considering sex in the black community. Fluke cannot deny the biological strictures that are exacerbated by American narcissism. She can - and does - pretend to be an advocate for black people. Unlike those racist Republicans, she claims to be an advocate for and supporter for the black community.

She isn't. She isn't just gliding the knife against the black man's back while she holds him up as evidence of her love of blacks; she is tossing black men under the bus while pretending that it helps black people. She supports welfare programs that are financed by fiat money that not only reinforce the irrelevancy of black fatherhood, but also prevent job creation. Even if a black man wanted to work hard at a full-time job, fiat money made it that much harder to get the job because public money drowned out private investment.

So many black men watched the first black President laud a white, entitled female whining about the government not paying for her birth control while they waste away in an economy that is increasingly stacked against them. Further, if Obama gets what he wants, black men won't have to worry. Women will have complete control over birth control - an issue that doesn't affect men like it does women. Child support, alimony and social shaming - why should black men care? They can cuddle up to their male privilege at the end of the day in their prison cell.

Obama isn't the first black President, he is the first female President. He prioritized female issues over all else in his administration. He even received a memo from female Congresspeople, right after his election in 2008, about how he shouldn't help "burly men"in his economic recovery bill.

People need help, not interest groups.

Remind me, again, how America can be helped.

Still, when thinking about my views about race, class, sex, etc. I still think about this video:

What point in history do you think women were very minimally entitled?

Its a shame that the generation is going to get the rap, when its really the glut of women who unnaturally raise the generational entitlement.

As a man, i have no choice over my biology that compels me to succeed and to try and win more stuff. Am i entitled to a fatter paycheck? Probably not. Am i entitled to think i am cool as fuck? Hell yes.

Women are simultaneously demanding more resources, more political power, more debt, and concurrently ruining the middle class, all while thinking they are beautiful, you go gurrrrl, fat is sexy, men are pigs, yadda yadda yadda. If that isn't delusions, i'm not sure what is.

Who is entitled? Women.

People who think the USA isn't a totalitarian state need to think about this. Entertainment, social media, prescription drugs, gadgetry, think Brave New World more than some iron fisted government.

Give up your freedom for immersion in these "wonderful" new technologies. They are already using facebook and google as surveillance tools.
