An interesting topic came up that I haven't seen addressed before. What if you're sitting next to a girl on a long 12 hour international flight. She's hot, she seems cool, you talk to her, but you need to take it somewhere. You have to build some momentum so that you can re-connect after you arrive at your destination.

Nobody is gonna be able to talk to a stranger for 12 hours without stop while keeping it interesting and building momentum. Or can you? Do you even want to talk straight during the flight, or is it best to take in conversation and read, and then start talking again later? The dynamic is so much different from being at a bar. At the bar, everything is in sequence. You approach, you flirt and talk, look for IOIs, if she IOIs you, then escalate to kino, maybe dance with her, have a few drinks, escalate the kino to kissing, and if it's going good from there, maybe bounce together. But none of that shit applies in the airplane. Maybe a kiss perhaps if she's REALLY interested, but I could only see that happening if it's nighttime and the lights are dimmed.

Great question. I have been meaning to write on this subject for ages.

To touch on the subject (so to speak), I have gotten blowers, shakers and swoops on trains. I think trains are better.

But the same applies to airports/planes.

Interesting I've been meaning to touch on this for awhile (as well as airport game which I have a rough draft I'm working on)...I dont think a bang can really be done unless your in 1st class or In my case when I fly Delta I'm always in Business Elite or unless the flight is not full. The one time I came up on a hot German and Black chick on the flight from JFK to Berlin I tried to hook up with her but the flight was so damn full It couldnt happen. We intially started talking in the boarding line.

I almost think that 12 hours will be too much, maybe a 4 hour flight would be perfect, but you can always break the situation by turning into the movie or whatever.

This is a whole other species of game, longball game. Most of the typical rules of game, where you try to compress everything and build enough interest and rapport while keeping it brief to minimize fuckups is being stretched.

Regular game you have to be mindful of lingering too long, this is like inverse game, so it goes without saying that your game should be tight.

You definitely increase your odds by looking good and flying first-class/executive. I have met women on flights pretty much everytime I'm sitting beside one, trains too..hell on Virgin US you can chat up a girl rows away with their little chat function, you can send em a drink invite them back to meet you etc.

You may f-close if the airport your flight is heading into is your destination OR a connecting point for both of you (otherwise the logistics wouldn't work). Especially if the airport is in Asia or Europe as they tend to have nice hotels in the airport transit area which you can rent for four hours under the cover of "taking a shower after the flight" - and I do not know anyone who'd refused a shower after a ten hour flight.

Yes, once. On the longer flights they are just sitting there in the back bored and waiting to land. It seems like every time I go to the bathroom I strike up a conversation with one. One time, the girl was cute so we exchanged phone numbers and met up at the destination (Seattle).
