Some masterful trolling.

Beautiful work. Southern cops are the worst. Sending this to my lawyer who I saw tonight at the club. [Image: lol.gif]

Those checkpoints are bs. They do not stop people from driving drunk. Legally they have to post in the paper when and where they will be at so they can be avoided. Reading from the comments and knowing that people in this country think Snowden is a traitor it's no suprise that they were calling out the person who uploaded the video! Have people gone mad? It's that attitude that lets authority get away with what they do. All the irony that this took place on the 4th.

Pass the popcorn and wait for the contingents chiming in on how this dude is a liberal provocateur and deserve a beat down.

Typical bully cop who just doesn't like not having his orders followed to a T. The minute that the driver refused to roll the window down all the way was the minute that the cop entered the warpath. Dude was just on a power trip triggered by a bruised ego.

Not saying that his behavior is excusable, but it is easily avoidable. This is still a good video showing how far cops will go "above and beyond the law" to protect their egos.

Know your enemy and know yourself, find naught in fear for 100 battles. Know yourself but not your enemy, find level of loss and victory. Know thy enemy but not yourself, wallow in defeat every time.

The driver seems young. Cops love to beat down and intimidate the young bucks. It's amazing how the cops' attitude towards me has changed since I turned 30.

The biggest problem in our country is the attitude of "He wouldn't have been pulled aside if he did nothing wrong" or "You'd let the cops search your vehicle if you had nothing to hide". If every average American stood up against this shit, checkpoints would disappear. This won't happen though because most people enjoy the icy embrace of the nanny state.

I've had shit like this happen to me before. Every police force has a certain percentage of knuckle draggers that get off on having a badge and gun and don't understand the law except that their personal authority shouldn't be questioned. To protect and serve their ego is their prime directive.

The best thing you can do is to know your rights, stay calm, and document the situation with whatever tools you have at your disposal. The fact that this video has over one million hits is pretty sweet revenge. In my case, I've had officers dragged before internal affairs and have to explain their misconduct, creating a permanent paper trail should they step out of line in the future.

Most people are pussies and don't like having some fun. I don't think every fun thing has to be illegal but it's real easy to cross that line. Most would rather walk in the straight line than do something "bad". I think America just has a weird fascination with cops and puts them on a huge pedestal. You must be a no good criminal if you're not willing to lick their balls and do everything they want.

That's just crazy! However, what really amazes me is a) the presence of mind of the guy for taping all this and b) how the cops didn't find the camera. And had they found the camera, I'm sure they would have gone even more balistic and demanded this to be erased or worst, to smash the camera without asking the guy.

There's smartphone apps for recording these situations.

I can't have sex with your personality, and I can't put my penis in your college degree, and I can't shove my fist in your childhood dreams, so why are you sharing all this information with me?

Keep watching to the 5:20 mark - they do find the camera.

Obviously he didn't have to erase this, and I am pretty sure he would have mentioned it if they had broken the camera.

These drug-sniffing dog searches are turning out to be bad news. Missed drugs, false positives, etc - even NPR thinks they just key off the handlers and not off their noses:

Tuth could you break this down or flesh out the stories a bit? I'm sure lots of people would find these tips or experiences useful

My guess is there was an internet feed or they would have. Or they assumed there was.

Don't get it twisted, shit like this goes on all the time in liberal mecca NYC. All the good will cops had from the public over 9/11 is completely gone. Is gotten so bad that juries in the Bronx routinely refuses to convict suspects if the only evidence against them is the sworn testimony of a cop as is in most narcotics prosecutions. New yorkers are just very skeptical about anything a cop says because they all personally or know somebody close to them who were falsely arrested over "disorderly conduct" or the cop made up some bullshit charge.

Back in the "good ole days" cops left SWPL types alone, now because of relatively low crime rate and boredom every other week you see NYC cops on youtube or worldstarr going balls deep in on some one regardless of race over some trivial shit.
