Getting a Haitian flag is the easiest thing in Haiti, seriously. Easier than purified water, passable food, or skyrocketing money if you live in hotel. Their dream is to fuck a man having lighter skin color than them and bleach their next generation. A lot of foreigners told me so. And some Haitians at Boston told me the same story. Top class locals always have lighter feature women or DR women. Woman has lighter skin than man, sometimes slight sometimes significant, among top hierarchy. Well, this generalization might be too much, they may marry top black girls with perfect height and curve or the daughter of another rich family as well. But their mentality is somewhat correct. NO OFFEND TO ANYONE HERE.
I worked there for 40 days last summer with locals, dealt with seduction a lot from co-workers or friends of co-workder or women from party since I was working there and was seen as a big fish. They do have huge tits and ass, and dance hot as fuck. However the personal hygiene is pretty much a problem. Hair might not be trimmed for several days, no perfume, whole body smells weird. I needed to drink two more bottles of beer to take one home.
In my humble opinion, there are two types of quality pussy in Port-au-Prince (I don't have insight for Cap Haitian since I didn't actually live there). One is foreigners from different countries, US, France, Canada, Korea, Taiwan and others. Most of them work for United Nation or NGO or some business. But Haiti is a huge sausage fest among expats, horrible ratio. Much more males than females there plus countless United Nation solders from all over the world. Haiti can meet all fantasy for a female expat. I once met a Taiwanese woman working for a high-end restaurant and made friend with her. She is 36, terrible ugly, absolutely die alone type, had 7 boyfriends in 10 months, all above-average looking. Jealous.
Even though you may or may not fuck a expat (you might not care either), having a coffee with them is pretty cool, not many women in the world have fruitful life experience and insightful thoughts and endless stories to share.
The second type of quality women are women from Petionvile(upper class area from PAP). 6-7 among international standard but absolutely 9-10 among Haitian standard. They never appear at day-time, day game is useless. There are 3-4 popular good bars at Petionvile area, I went with other expats so I did not remember the name. You will know the name as soon as you are in battle mode because there aren't a lot of options there and only foreigners and rich locals are allowed to get in. The problem is the same, beautiful local women don't have money, they always with friends paying for them, plus a lot of white sausages.
Another way to pull top local women is to weasel into top class, which is most exciting and most fun. There are several high-end restaurants at Petionvile area, a Chinese one, and a couple western ones. Average consumption for one person is usually 20-40USD, natural selection for rich people there. More than half customers are whites, no value. Some are Haitian Americans speaking perfect American accent, however they are of little value either. The reason is simple, they were borne in US or moved to US at early age, their parents live in US, they just come back to Haiti visiting other relatives, they don't have big house and own the resources in Haiti. There will be some locals eating, whole family, two guys, or one guy one girl, under whatever situation, approach the guy and talk with him. If everything goes perfect, he is from 20-30, having a sugar daddy, live in Florida or Dominica Republic, speak either English/Spanish, coming back home visiting his dad, party a lot. Make friends with him, forget about the girl he brings at that moment. He will tell you how rich his family is, how good Haiti night life is and he has a driver taking you to his house and ask you if want to party with him. I went to house parties twice, best girls in Haiti. The rest based on one's game. Keep safe. The feeling of weaseling into top class and party with people much more rich than me is awesome. I don't believe Roosh can partying with the son of bla bla minister at East Europe. Just kidding. He is guru.
