What's important to mention here is that I also put on a little over a hundred pounds onto my 20 rep max. If you don't eat enough during an intensive squat program like that you're going to pretty much drop dead.

Given his cardio background I think there are worse things in the world than accidentally putting on a few pounds of body fat, considering he'd probably be able to shed it off quickly.

You look around 18% body fat. I wouldn't advise anyone to bulk until you get under 13-14%..
If I was you, I'd take a month or two cutting then focus on adding muscle. "Bulking" above 13% will turn you into a fat fuck meat head. I would focus on HITT, Intermittent fasting and Keto.

Maybe 16-18% is right, though I suspect the example of 10-12% and 15% are closer than they say.

Im around were you are. Currently doing another psmf, but I cheated too much last time. You can run a 1/2 lb fat a day deficit on it but its difficult as fuck. Its amazing that in four or five weeks with minimal carb refeed meals a person could go from 18% to 10-12%.

I agree with the above poster you'd prob feel great just getting lean first. Imo just about anyone looks decent if lean and tan, unless you are really frail and/or have a very small frame. Obv the dude at 10-12% has some solid mass too but everyone has to start somewhere.

Watch it with the EC stack and make sure you start with LOW doses. The first time I took the combo, even at a half dose, I honestly felt like I was on meth (I've never actually taken meth, but you get the point). I was at lunch with a friend's parents and was babbling like a maniac (moreso than normal) and was REALLY fidgety. I had a drink before so that probably didn't help.

Thanks all for the feedback.

Definitely seems the best thing to do is a PMSF and strip some fast before going on a. Long bulk.

Right now I have three months left in Chicago. Doing a Crash fast wouldn't e feasible for me til I get home end of Sept.

In the mean time I am going to eat clean as hell, workout and cut my alcohol intake.

Alcohol right now is a challenge as my entire social life revolves around pubs etc to an extent.
