There are some pretty intersting and even chilling factoids in there, including the following:

(the 'recovery' is just a media-controlled feelgood joke IMO - real unemployment levels are really in the mid-teens now with many people underemployed or in dead-end service jobs)

#5 According to the Economic Policy Institute, the "real entry-level hourly wage for men who recently graduated from high school" has declined from $15.64 in 1979 to $11.68 today. WOW
#9 According to one very surprising study, "young, urban, childless women" make more money in America today than young, urban, childless men do. ("Wage Gap" anyone?)
#21 According to the New York Times, approximately 57 percent of all young people enrolled at U.S. colleges are women. That means that only 43 percent are men. (Guess who's getting the few plumb corporate jobs left in the States going forward?)
#30 The United States produces more pornography than any other nation in the world. Men consume far more of that pornography than women do. (hello no fapping rule!)

Meanwhile, in spite of all of the above, the Feminist and mainstream media are talking about "The War on Women" during the US elections last year. Huh??

I still like the USofA, but at this point I sure am glad I got out of the hellish situation facing most American dudes back home. Finding a job and supporting a family is a nightmarish endeavor for many people back home now I think.

It's an article that needed to be written, but here is where he goes wrong:

Society has told them that it is okay to be a "slacker". Today, far too many of our young men are far more interested in their various addictions (beer, drugs, sex, video games, gambling, etc.) than they are in starting a family. But the truth is that men are far more happy when they have a purpose. When men are raising families, starting businesses or doing something to transform society they feel fulfilled.

Instead he should be saying that society and government policies have provided no incentive for a lot of men to "have a purpose." The exact behaviors that would have earned you a house, wife, and steady job in the Mad Men era, will get you deemed a loser chump today. There is little point in dedicating yourself to employers who are indifferent at best and/or women who can divorce you and take everything.

Also, he leaves out the fact that by merely appearing to be responsible, you've already knocked yourself out of the running with a lot of today's women who chase bad boys, although they deny that (hence our hamster wheel analogy).

He seems to see that feminist has caused men to be displaced in jobs. What he fails to see is that its unintended consequences has had a ripple effect on society. As for me, I'll just make like Capt. Capitalism and enjoy the decline. The straight life sure as hell didn't pay off for me.

My goal is to be able to travel the world and live in places that haven't been exposed to this invisible virus. Being an international playboy is not just about going to other countries to get laid but also going to other countries to get away from this ridiculous "modern" system.

I used to think what you just wrote but I'm not too sure that this is unintentional anymore. Let's be serious, the ascendency of women should have an asterisk next to it b/c their success is entirely subsidized by men.

Well with the way you have stated it, I understand where you're coming from. I just find it difficult to grasp the concept of this being the legitimate mindset/actions of Western society as a whole. But those ideas coupled with the apparent promotion, and seemingly even advertisement, of feminism and women in Western society, I realize that this may very well be the case.

However, this cannot be directly proven, so it just leaves us with speculation.

All I know is that you are right about the West. In 10-20 years it is not going to be a place capable of providing me with the liberties, prosperity, and overall happiness in life that I intend to live as a man.

"Intentional" is the important word in your sentence. Have you ever sat through a women's studies class or lecture? Or read Jezebel? Or Feministing? Or anything by Lindy West? Do you know what they say about men, men's rights, and freedom of speech concerning men? Have you read anything by Susan Brownmiller, Andrea Dworkin or Catherine McKinnon? Gloria Steinem? Do you know the quotes that these feminist leaders are famous for?

Do you think any of those ideas, most of which come from textbooks that are assigned in college courses, are not "intentional?"

What about the Web site called Community of the Wrongly Accused, that looks at false rape charges and how colleges have altered their judicial system so that "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" is no longer the standard?

Here is the deal: very little in life is "accidental." The statistics in the linked article here didn't come about by chance. What you see in society was planned -- maybe not "engineered" to the letter, but planned nonetheless. People have said feminism was pushed to 1). Weaken the family so citizens would rely more on gov't (which gives the powerful more power) and 2). To double the labor pool so the 1 percent could pay workers less.

yeah I feel this way pretty much as well. The decline is inevitable. It's like the frog in boiling water and how it doesn't know its slowly getting boiled to death. Except many of us do know. Enjoy the decline bro!

Average US life expectancy for a male is about 78 years. Retirement age is 67. Many men under age 25 or so are at school/university/college, and not working. Many men are also in jail. It all adds up - quite possibly to 1/3 of all men in the US..

Yup it's not that hard to see if you look at it big picture. When I travel to the States I see first hand that during day time hours, aka traditional work goes I see a lot of dudes just chilling and hanging out. The stats are mostly for " working age people" so it's pretty much ages 15-65, with 'young' labour being grouped in 15-25(30?) where you see pretty much a 50% +- unemployment rate. Let's not forget the many that are underemployed working shit jobs they are overqualified for.

Just remember they greatest opportunities are when things are in ruins. If America has to take a break massive amounts of wealth will be made during that time. Its humbling but a reality also - Many Men will stick around to hustle in the wild west atmosphere of it all.

There is nothing that I want that can be taken from me. That means no house, land, cars, boats, professional licenses, I don't want it. When you can make cash anywhere you have internet, no matter what sector of the economy is down who cares about stuff? I can lose all my cash today and I'll make it back within a month in an internet cafe and no one can stop me from doing so. I can find a nice place to live in a heartbeat in the heart of any major city, rent boats, cars anything I could need.

I care about:

2. My health
3. My e-books
4. My hobbies

Not sure what it's like in other countries, but government labourers literally work on the principle of "we need to make every project go for as long as we can, or the workers will be unemployed!" I'm not sure if they're pulling the piss, or if our government is literally that stupid, but it seems to be a very toxic, very ingrained mindset. Meanwhile, on projects like the freeway, the citizens that need to use it are going to be constantly burdened by the roadworks, that will inevitably continue for at least 20 years or so now. We have a woman prime minister, too.

Seems like the idea of doing anything properly, and as best as you possibly can started dying a long time ago, with the decline of man.
