Remember that bitch on the "We Can Do it Poster?"

She quit after two weeks because welding was too dangerous.

Next time you fuck a girl with one of those posters hanging on her wall, be sure to tell her.

You want to know the only thing you can assume about a broken down old man? It's that he's a survivor.

The alleged factory inspirational photo taken when she was 17 years old. I don't see the flexing the bicep pose from this at all.

Another photo from age 17

"Alpha children wear grey. They work much harder than we do, because they're so frightfully clever. I'm awfully glad I'm a Beta, because I don't work so hard. And then we are much better than the Gammas and Deltas. Gammas are stupid. They all wear green, and Delta children wear khaki. Oh no, I don't want to play with Delta children. And Epsilons are still worse. They're too stupid to be able to read or write. Besides they wear black, which is such a beastly color. I'm so glad I'm a Beta."

Ain't that a shame that a group of feminist Pokemon will try to tarnish such a cute Pokemon like her?

Nope.

Excellent piece of information.

I expect to wake up many hamsters with it.

Other trivia:

She never welded or rivetted. She ran a metal press in Ann Arbor Michigan for a few weeks at age 17, working for Westinghouse.

She quit the factory, married a dentist at age 18 in 1943, and went on to have six children with him. She was faithful to him and remained by his side until his death in 2010. She died shortly afterwards in 2013.

The poster itself was only seen within Westinghouse. It was part of an internal anti-absenteeism and anti-strike campaign. If you didn't work for Westinghouse, you never saw it. It was rediscovered in the 1980s.

Dad died when she was 10. Her mom was a composer. She played cello, and was worried the metal press would injure her hand. Plus, she has a dentist propose marriage to her --why work?

Curious to know why the OP had to refer to her as a "bitch" in the thread title, by all accounts she seems like the kind of lady that a lot of guys on here complain don't exist anymore.

As far as I know, most metal structures aren't joined by rivets anymore, only by welding these days, but I dove a few Japanese ship wrecks in the Philippines that were sank back in 1944 and those things were full of riveted steel, probably done by a bunch of Japanese whores.

Exactly. She was only an accidental poster child for feminism, and lived her life quite differently it seems.

Sounds like the woman herself was an actual role model, but feminists stole her image to turn her into THEIR role model.
