Do women have a clue as to how much porn their partners watch?

I actually think alot of relationships would break up if women knew what a porn phreak/fiend their boyfriend/husband was.

I know not all men are obsessed with porn. But the idealised views chicks have of their partners results in them telling themselves it is other guys and not their guy who looks at such 'filth'.

Or maybe it is not that big a deal and I am overthinking it?

I just find it interesting since alot of chicks I have spoken to seem to hold the radical-feminst idea that looking at porn is 99% as bad as cheating.

Just curious as to what others think about this? Are alot of women in the dark, or just in denial when it comes to their boyfriends porn habits?

Personally I think they are in the dark. The much lower female sex drive leaves women not realising how much more horny men are than them.

I think they'd also be shocked at the type of porn their partners watch as well. Blissfully unaware that mild mannered Steve has a Facial Abuse account. Ha

Ironically with all the Rvfers and Rossy's guys being strictly no fap our girls would likely grossly overestimate the amount of porn we watch. I often use the fact I never masturbate to convince girls to come over late, send pics, do whatever, and to relegate a harem member. Just saying they are your release seems to convince them to step up their game.

The real shock comes when men realize what filthy whores their prudish girlfriends can be under the right circumstances.

Rape is by far the most common female sexual fantasy and the average man has not the least inkling of this fact.

Most men are not particularly kinky at all, despite the seeming prevalence of certain fetishes in pornography. The reasons for their popularity are usually purely psychological, it's a way of imagining mastery in a context where men in fact have none. In real life, given a girl that treats them half-way well, most guys who seem to have these fetishes will be perfectly happy with the most vanilla sex imaginable. True male lechers -- those who love certain things in and of themselves, regardless of their perceived psychological meaning -- are a rare breed.

A female, on the other hand, will lustily do the most sexually outrageous things given the right impetus, and will become addicted to them.

How long do you usually last on a no porn/no fap challenge? I usually last a few weeks then break down and watch some. And I have a great girlfriend, but don't have access to her every day and hey, I have needs.

During a bad spell, I've gone about two weeks max and given in.

I think women's hatred of porn in a relationship purely comes down to their solipsism: it's the fact that their man is fantasising about women who are more attractive than they are.

That being said, I've been with women who've enjoyed watching porn, including a few I showed when younger to explain to them that their squirting was a healthy and normal response. Hopefully that kind of cluelessness about their bodies has been eradicated by the availability of internet porn.

In Bangkok, I don't think I jerked off one time for the duration of my trip. Now that I'm back in the US my longest is maybe about 2 weeks like Teedub said.

What does this mean?™

Co-sign.

Sexual desire of 95+ percent of men: a young, hot girl with a pretty face, plump ass, small waist, and nice tits.

Sexual desire of 95+ percent of women: being dominated, thrown around, bound, called "dirty little slut" in bed, rape, being a prostitute (look this one up), calling the guy "daddy."

"Kinky" is not what these Tumblr feminists would have you believe: emancipated open-mindedness borne from breaking the shackles of cultural oppession. Rather, it's female slutiness and perversion allowed to roam free.

When chicks call men "perverted" or "creepy"--for merely liking cute, young girls--remind them of this dirty truth. They're, to use a well-worn phrase, merely "projecting."

The porn men watch is tame. Tab A inserted (rammed) into slot B. Wash rinse, repeat.

Female porn is incredibly destructive. Sex and the City has destroyed how many women's lives by encouraging bad behavior?

You ever see the movie "The Big Lebowski? Imagine some guy watching the "Logjammin'" porn video that Jeff Lebowski watched and quitting his 100k a year career to become a repairman so he can "fix the cable". Absurd, right? How many women have emulated Carrie Bradshaw?

Far worse than Sex and the City are romance novels. Here's a typical plot: A young Englishwoman is traveling to one of the colonies aboard a sailing vessel. This vessel is owned by her father and captained by her fiance whom she doesn't love. She is to be married upon reaching their destination. A pirate ship defeats the vessel's captain (her fiance) in battle and seizes the vessel (her father's property, mind you). The pirate captain outfought the fiance and she's scared of the rough hewn buccaneer. His ways are rough, uncivilized, unEnglish, yet strangely he has an allure she can't quite fathom...

Later the reader is treated to this:

Captain Bigcock undid Dara's blouse, slowly. She felt his black beard against her milky white English skin. It was rough, like Captain Bigcock himself yet she did not protest.

(boring stuff redacted, the dreck continues until)

Captain Bigcock slid his ramrod into the muzzle of Dara's 12 pounder. She knew that it would soon be a 24 pounder, then a 36. After that she would need to find other ways of keeping Captain Bigcock interested. Perhaps she could...well that could wait for later, for now she was experiencing an ecstasy she'd never known, never dared to imagine...

The subtext is clear. A cad took property from an investor and ruined a merchant ship captain. The pirate is a leech who makes life worse for the solid citizens while the father and fiance are the Beta worker bees who make civilization go. They are humiliated and dominated by the man rebelling against the rules of society. Alpha males who build nothing are hot, the Betas who make the world work are not.

Yeah, all that, but also for me: Feminine in appearance and behaviour. You know the sort of thing. Big Bambi eyes. Coyish giggling. Squealing when I pick her up. Genuinely passionate in conversation, not snarky and 'over' everything. Holding onto me when she's scared. No raspy, vocal fry in her voice.

Modern women seem to have zero idea just how sexy femininity can be to men. This is where Miley Cyrus absolutely repulses me, despite being young and skinny.

Man, you don't understand them. All that Fifity-shades-of-grey-ism is not their fault, as it's not their fault when they feel an irressistible attraction to the wrong kind of man, it's us to blame.

It's the fucking patriarchy that has opressed, dominated and alienated them for mileniums making them fantasize about being treated like worthless whores.

Yeah, of course. I'm talking about desirable qualities that turn me on. Getting a bang is often about measuring the compromise between your fantasy and the reality available, and seeing if your mind and ego will accept the difference. I'm not going to pretend I've never banged a fatty either.

But, personally, I find it much harder to create that bang-guarantee level of intimate conversation - where the rest of the world recedes for a woman and it's just you and her - when the girl is all 'OMG like just sooo you know toadally'. Particularly as it's very common amongst priviliged social classes, which means she's probably got some level of feminist snark happening. It's unattractive all round.

I keep meaning to start a thread on this. But why would anyone ever fuck a fatty? I would honestly just prefer to jerk off to porn. And fucking a fatty is so unappealing to me that it is like asking myself if I would ever sleep with a guy.

Serious question. No hate.

Just curious as to why guys do this? Is there a part of them which is likes to keep score with how many different notches they have racked up?

I disagree with the premise in the OP that many women think porn is bad or that their men aren't watching it or that there's something wrong with a guy who does

Most women I know-friends or girlfriends- will readily admit watching porn when asked. And not just vanilla porn-I've had various girls tell me they like scenes involving gangbangs, bondage, rape, threesomes, lesbian, and gay and so on.

These are normal average women so i don't think their behavior is out of the mainstream

As long as a guy isn't porn obsessed or have some strange fetish they don't think it's weird for him to watch it.
