Informal 1-on-1 classes - I've seen prices @ €40/hour. Was hoping for something closer to half of that? There must be students around who are up for some easy cash?

French in Action is all you need. Pierre Capretz is an absolute master and has created such a good program that it would definitely outdo any one-on-one class by a so-so teacher. The material was based on real-world situations (the same why you learned your native language).
