Roosh, how about starting a forum where people can submit guest articles for Return of Kings? If they are good enough they get re-posted on ROK. I think a lot of interesting ideas get lost on the forums and it would benefit everyone to get them wider exposure.

My suggestion would be to just start by posting the article you would like to port to RoK to the relevant forum and see the reaction you get. If Roosh or any of the mods think it is RoK material, they will most likely contact you.
I just submit my articles, and If they aren't picked up by ROK then I post them on my own blog. No big deal...
