I had my ear pierced in my late teens, used to rock a fake diamond stud. Like a boss. Haha. Then I got into metal for a bit and had rings in both ears when I was about 20. Lasted about a year. Wouldn't do it again!

Other than guys with pierced ears, I've only known/hung with one guy that's had a pierced nipple. I'm hoping I've never been in the presence of anyone with a Prince Albert...

I have my ears pierced. I wouldn't get any other piercing. All my friends who have pierced their eyebrows or somewhere in their face, they all regret it. You may like it for a while. But not forever.

I know guys with piercings.

A pierced eyebrow is for some reason highly correlated with fucking mad barely legal rocker/stoner girls.

A pierced tongue is highly correlated with sucking dick (ie. gay guys and girls you should talk to)

A septum piercing is correlated with being a drunk piece of shit. (and a dumb/gross punk girl who is too angry to have sex with)

And more piercings on girls

munroe = hoe
the bigger the hoops the bigger the sluts
nipple piercings = freak in bed or in the case of the one pair I've seen a fat/ugly girl who doesn't take no for an answer then busts them out in the middle of a party and smacks you in the face with them.

nose stud = a good girl with a bad/rebellious side (only slightly)

I've got a vertical labret, got it about 5 years ago. Lower lip piercing, doesn't touch the interior of my mouth, so no damage to teeth or gums. Just started wearing it again after having it out for 2 years, it didn't close up, but it's hard to see the holes if its been out for a few days. Chicks I make out with dig it. I'm a musician so I can get away with facial piercings. I might even buy me some meggings! Haha.

Used to have an eyebrow piercing, but those always get caught on stuff like shirts and pillows, they get old real quick.

I think when I was like 15 I was going to gauge my earlobes like all my punk rocker friends were doing...I didn't do it because I have small attached lobes.

Thank god I couldn't/didn't do it. What a dumb ass idea.

What I can't stand are those U-shaped nose rings that go through both the holes on the nose that they normally put on bulls. How do you blow your nose with that thing on?

I knew a guy in high school who had a vibrating tongue ring. He would tell girls to let him try it out on them. I never even got into pierced ears. That shit always reminded me of something that only girls should do even when it was real popular. I always think of how it's gonna be if you get in a fight and you shave shit dangling everywhere on your face when I see a guy with anything done. I would make sure to punch or grab someone's piercing hard as hell [Image: ohshit.gif]

Stretched ears looks so stupid. I wonder which forum member has theirs done...

Piercings are like tattoos: they used to be a marker of how tough you were, but now that every emaciated hipster has one, they have absolutely no meaning. Chuck Palahniuk was making fun of this a decade ago: guys who think the mere act of getting inked makes them into bad motherfuckers, even though their tattoo is of a rainbow or something else fruity.

That said, women who get pierced are the absolute worst. When I see a girl with tats or studs, I think three things:

1. She's an unoriginal dolt, choosing to express her "individuality" by doing something that millions of other people have already done.
2. She's an attention whore.
3. She's a masochist. Goes treble for chicks with nipple/genital piercings; anyone who enjoys having a sharp piece of metal shoved into an erogenous zone is a maniac in bed.

One of the most obnoxious chicks I've ever known, back in college, bragged about how she had nipple and labial piercings. I mean, blurted it out in casual conversation, like she was talking about the weather. She was later busted by campus police for turning tricks.

When did piercings ever mean that?

You gotta go back, but in the 80's and early 90's guys who were real rebels were pierced:

I was rocking my first pierced ear in the early 90s. I was about 9 - 11, though. haha Flexing in my cutoff jean vest. [Image: biggrin.gif]

When I was older, teens and early 20s, had both ears, both eyebrows, and nipple done. Not all at once. Not many people were doing it then, so it was a different story. I was the only pierced and tatted kid at school when I was 15 - times changed quick. Definitely a bit played out now.

I've actually thought about getting my labret pierced again, or maybe an eyebrow, but I don't think it wold suit my age (33), even though I look young for my age. Since I'm not into party girls anymore, might attract the wrong girls and filter out the right ones too. Especially in Asia. I think the fact that I don't see it as much over here takes away that played out effect a bit.

I've got scars on both eyebrows but don't really regret it. Adds to my character a little bit and no one notices until I point it out. I do think I looked better with an eyebrow piercing. I always wore something subtle but with a little color, and it drew more attention to my eyes.

Women dropped compliments all the time. In all types of settings.

Piercing started out as a gay underground thing. Then it became a straight underground freaky thing. Then it became associated with tattoos. Then teen girls got into it. Then moms and old hags got into it. Now it's just something every high school girl does as a rite of passage ...belly button piercings of course.

For guys ... now it's lame and very dated. You may as well get a tribal tattoo.

In Asia, people see guys with piercings and they automatically think :"gay"

I still think piercings are gay and stupid, and on girls they are also look stupid and gay.
