Relevant to the thread:

One of my best friends from childhood impregnates a girl at 20 and foolishly decides to do the right thing and marry her.

So I travel across the country and go to their wedding and shes pregnant (6 in the face) but other than the baby bump still skinny.

After I leave the wedding I lost contact with him for a couple years, anyway I pay him a visit three years later. So I arrive at his doorstep in suburblandia and this 200 plus lbs thing with hair over her lip answers the door. I am shocked thinking I must have the wrong house but then my friend appears and I realize FUCK ME THATS HIS WIFE!!!

Needless to say the before and after pics of marriage with his wife would be just as cringeworthy.

It's amazing how doing what is advantageous to the female and detrimental to the male gets branded as "the right thing." The worst is when people say that when meeting a girl who already has some other dude's kid, you should "do the the right thing" by taking responsibility for a situation that you did not create.
