Consume them. They are a must have for men and should be a part of every sexual artists arsenal.

Check out one of many articles on them:

If you don't like the taste (they can be potent) mix them with cranberries or raisins.

I'm talking the green raw seeds. Not the salt covered kind you buy at the gas station.

I notice a difference when I eat a few handfuls.

Can you find the green raw ones in any store?

Nah. Even if you could I would question there origin and freshness because regular people don't really eat them. I usually get them at health food type stores. They are also known as pepitas I believe.

Cool, so Whole Foods would probably work? Do they taste a lot harsher than the ones you'll find at the gas station? If the taste is too harsh, you'd still get the same benefits if you salted them a little correct?

Whole foods has them by me. Yes but use 'real salt' only. http://realsalt.com/

I honestly don't like the taste. After one handful I get that feeling of wanting no more like when you were a little kid being forced to eat broccoli. So I mask them with raisins or cranberries. I either mix them together and make sure to chew them really well to assimilate the nutrients the best. Or I put a small handful of the seeds in my mouth and than add 4-7 cranberries or raisins right after to mask the taste.

Yeah, Whole Foods.

I have a bunch left over from when a girl was cooking at my crib.

I toss them in the protein shake now.

Good move if you don't like the taste.

Oh yes.

I like to get a box of these and keep a couple in my backpack when I'm out:

Pumpkin seeds are a very popular snack in the part of Austria where I grew up, Styria. A specialty is our pumpkin seed oil.

It´s very healthy and tastes great, we call it the "green gold of Styria". Most of the time we use it as salad dressing, but it´s also often added to pumpkin soup, scrambled eggs, vanilla ice..., well, everything. It´s one of the things I miss the most when abroad, together with real bread.

I love all the healthy useful information I find on this site. Gonna pick up some of these at whole foods tomorrow when I re-up on my coconut water.

Two other things im interested in trying I have read about on this site is bee pollen and hemp seeds.
