I'm pretty muscular/good looking myself (no homo) but I would punch myself in the face if I went shirtless anywhere other than a pool party or at the beach. Pretty much every other guy on the street lifts, having visible abs or defined pecs is pretty standard, at least in my area.

I actually get complimented on my legs the most out of any body part. I guess most dudes don't squat, DL, or push press.

I can't have sex with your personality, and I can't put my penis in your college degree, and I can't shove my fist in your childhood dreams, so why are you sharing all this information with me?

Not this guy again.

I won't even click the video, this guy makes me nauseous even to look at.

A new thread pops up on him every 3 months at least.

Why are kids so in love with this guy?

I wonder if it took him a month to troll or does OP want a real opinion.

OP we have a 6-9 page "elite body" thread if you are serious and not trolling. Another elite body thread popped up in lifestyle also.

The cycle of disrespect can start with just an appetizer.

I think there's a lot more misc brahs coming over here than usual.. specifically zyzz worshippers..

don't get me wrong though. Every time I listen to zyzz mix on my phone in the gym, I start getting motivated at 2 different parts of the mix and get motivated to stop being a "sad cunt"

Yeah brah ! I think very highly of Bodybuilding.com forums.

It is my go to place for anything and everything bodybuilding related .

It is free but ...the sheer amount, diversity and quality of knowledge on every topic imaginable is worth paying money for.

That being said ... I advice most people and especially younger and more impressionable guys to stay away from the MISC forum of BB.com ! Please !

It is a highly addictive forum filled with insecure, immature, angry , bitter , frustrated virgins and 4chan/Reddit type nerds (except that MISC-ers almost unanimously lift weights, hate women & lean towards libertarianism).

So it is only logical that RVF attracts guys like that.

I spent one year MISC-ing a couple years ago and am still in the process of detoxifying myself from all the negativity on there.

As for Zyzz ... despite the steroid claims , he still had to put in a lot of effort into attaining a body like that and i respect that !

But the reason he acquired cult like worship on the MISC is because he was a skinny, insecure, 4Chan addicted teenager who found bodybuilding as a way to break out of extreme Omega Male-ness.

That mentality represents more than half of the members at the MISC.

Socially ostracized nerds and Forever-aloners who are to some extent breaking out of their shell through the power of bodybuilding.

Zyzz is an embodiment of that !

That is why they worship him.

Muscles help, it's the same principle, they set you further in the attraction phase. I was wearing a dirty singlet (wifebeater) today as well to the local shops and the cashier was stumbling over her words (young latin lizard) as she rang my shyt through.

Also behind me, the black lizard with the trolley full of goods was lingering longer than necessary.

I need to start going out with more hugging outfits. It's not magic but it helps quite significantly.

I will now start calling wifebeaters "dirty singlets"

This will be my contribution to hipsta culture.

Thanks Moma.

"Personally I’m a very friendly and happy person, and believe that people need to lighten up and enjoy life more. Even though I put on a lot of size and to some look intimidating, I’m one of the friendliest people you can meet.

I love playing up my perceived stereotype, and at the end of the day, never take myself seriously, which is one of the reasons I have accrued the fan base that I have."

A lot of people seriously believe that he was some roided up narcissistic jerk, but Zyzz was actually a cool guy. He just really liked trolling people.

He didn't die from 'steroid abuse', anabolics don't kill people, stims do. He was regularly taking cocaine, E, clenbuterol(think of caffeine on steroids) and DNP (used to lose fat fast, it works so god damn good because it's basically a poison). Do that and then walk into a sauna, see how it goes.

I like Zyzz. He went from a skinny nerd to a demi-god, and an Aussie celebrity. Yes, he did use steroids to get there, and he did have good genetics for the broad shoulders, small waist, square pecs. But he showed people that it is possible, with enough dedication and effort to go from being a "sad cunt"(beta) to a "sick cunt"(alpha). He also regularly preached how it was all just a mindset, how zyzz is an act and everyone can be zyzz if they want to. He didn't go around telling kids to juice, he just showed them what it's possible to achieve, and to act with confidence, no matter what people think. That's what I got from his message, anyway.
