I believe you, but is this the norm for your Gaijin friends? Do you pull those kinds numbers from the street (not a rhetorical question)? What types of street approaches is this guy doing? Does he spend all day approaching or are these just casual encounters he happens to make on his way to work? What's he look like, fitness-, style, and face-wise? What types of areas is he doing this in?

I'm sure it can be done. Still, based on what other posters have said on this thread and my own observations, it still appears to be an impractical route to take. If he's found a way to make this work for him, that's great, but I'd like to hear more.

Guys, one of the big secrets to street game is to approach in the areas where it's NOT usual for guys to be approaching women. If you're sarging in Nampa central, women's defense shields will be up. Key is serendipity. You just met. IME, girls dont like to say they met a guy through nampa so you want it to seem natural even though you may have the entire area mapped out with love hotels, karaoke rooms and other f locations and know the high traffic times of the nearby subway station.

It's out in the country-side. Sucked balls. They were only paying 2400 at the time for teachers, which in Japan, isn't much. I think I had ramon noodles and that strange Penut butter sandwhiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I honestly don't know who can afford to live in Japan with the prices of everything being so high. That was just nearing the end of the English boom in Japan, I think GEOs or NOVA folded just after I left. Japan is pretty western but in retrospect, I don't think I'd do it again. The women there are borderline arrogant... I don't know how 'shy' they really are or if 90% of that is a put on. Try as I might, I could not get a girl to give me her phone number or anything. Most just ran away, the opposite to China where they won't leave you alone.

The Brazillian b1tches where I was were all pahtricinyas so that was out to... I had just come from Brazil so the change in culture was really shocking, most unfriendly people on Earth. The Chinese might be Evil but at least they'll pretend to be your friend, the Japanese will just face palm you. Would stick to the lesser of the two Evils and go back to Korea.

You dont necessarily have to pay for a love hotel, and it might be tricky to find one anyway on a saturday or friday.

Solutions:

'DVD cafes'
They are all over the place, conveniently near stations and red light districts. Some of them are for XXX viewing, but for the most part they are really G-rated.
Its a step up from banging on the street, and everyone knows this. Some of them have tiny private 'rooms' to 'relax' and even pay shower facilities.Some of them offer free drinks and such. Really classy and they arent more than $20 for a semi private... a private on a saturday might costa ya more, but it is what it is. Book in advance though. Maybe go there early and if you miss the train well, fuck it, at least you have a place to stay.
Ive stayed in several and they are always chicks staying in those places. So there is no real bad stigma or something like that . . .there is always the excuse to 'check out some manga' or shit like that. use your imagination.

Karaoke
Everyone knows that its usually an excuse to get closer and makeout with a little luck get a room with private washroom on the off peak hours. Wont be that expensive and although they say they have cameras on all rooms, I doubt they have the personnel to man them at all times. Plus the thrill of getting caught might tickle your jollies.

Gaijin house
Maybe spring for a cheaper (closet size) place for the weekends?

Izakayas
Some of the places near Umeda and Shinsaibashi have private rooms. Ive heard of people getting handjobs or full on 'course' (as they call it here). Worth the try and at least you got a bite to eat.
There is a chain of seafood restaurants (logo is bright blue, red and white I cant read) that has several locations, a few of them have those private rooms.

Might have been just me but last weekend I went to Giraff in Osaka, and had at least 3 chicks come up to me... Im not really pursuing anything, so they were more of a 'catch and release' for me. Went custom suited (TM G manifesto) so that might have helped. Talent was ok, but the girls seemed more the 'office lady on a night out' than 'skanks skankying'. The chicks that approached me were the giggly demure and covered type, but we all know what freaks those can turn to.

I've only been to Giraffe once, and it was on a Wednesday, I think. I was usually turned off by it due to its compliance with the no-dancing past 1:30 law. Perhaps I should give it another try.

If you doing day game, take into account that many girls you encounter are still living with their parents and have certain rules in their houses (curfew etc), this may seem strange to westerners but Japanese girls and Asians in general don't leave their house until they got married.
